The ABS ball was what I expecterd. But the box shows a DVD included which was not there. There were enough instructions so the DVD didn't matter. The shipping was great. Received the package in about half the time it was predicted to arrive. Nice surprise.

I originally purchased this for myself as an exercise ball, but recently it has become very useful for my 7 year old Autistic son as a therapy ball. When I am not using it, he loves to sit on it, lay on it, and even bounce/rock on it to help soothe himself. As far as exercising goes, if you aren't used to using exercise balls, this may take some getting used to. The unique bean shape helps stabilize it some, but it still rolls around an awful lot. Not easy to maneuver on it and keep it steady.
