Received the grill as a gift and even though the box was undamaged there was a big dent in the front panel by the temperture knobs. Decided to keep it because of the distance to return and had already assembled most of it before finding the damaged piece. Very disappointing to have someone spend that kind of money for a gift only to find it damaged. Only used it once so far and very pleased with results the first time out.

I bought this a little over a year ago and when I put it together one of the knobs were missing, I called Brinkmann and they had me a knob by the end of the week. I took it out of storage this spring and noticed the burner had fell apart, again called Brinkmann and waited several hours for them to call me back, but they did and they are sending me a new burner free of charge, no hassle. One thing is the flare ups are terrible on this grill, suggestion clean, clean, clean. Over all I am happy with the grill and think I will get a cover for it instead of moving it in and out of my shed.

Have no choice but to mark poor as we have yet to use the grill. Product was picked up in the box. When opened so we could put it together we discovered the front panel was dented in, and two of the legs were bent.
I'm sure the grill will work fine, just don't want one pre-damaged.

Opened the grill and found the main lid dented and the bottom brace i called and complained and wrote and email no one fixed it so i just fixed it my self so bad customer service bu the grill works great.

The grill looks nice, cooks nice, and is easy to put together. It does have a bunch of issues, such as, flimsy heat reflector stops, flimsy grease collector, and flimsy side burner. In less than three months of careful use, the plastic screw on regulator attachment separated at the tank because of flimsy plastic inserts. That's a $31+ issue with shipping for replacement parts...

The grill itself is great. It cooks even and looks sharp. My issue was when I picked it up from the store the box looked like it had been dropped, stabbed by a fork lift and was falling apart. I took a chance and accepted the grill. There were a few dings to the main body but a couple of the grills were crushed. I contacted Brinkman and they sent replacement parts immediately. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and learned not to accept product that looks like it has seen better days on the shelf. I put the grill together by myself and did not think it was too complicated; start to finish was a couple of hours.

Size of the grill area is a little misleading. The front few inches don't receive much direct heat. However, the high warming rack allows easy access to the back end of the grill. Relatively sturdy and easy to assemble.

The box looked normal on the outside, but inside the part were mangled. The hood welding came apart and did not close correctly, the side pieces were all a little bent, and the handle design for attaching is impossible.

The grill looks nice & the outter shell is, but in 1 1/2 years the burners rusted out. I even kept a really heavy cover on it. Not worth the money & time it took to put together.

I went to pick up the Brinkman Grill I ordered, got it home and it was damaged. I took it back for a replacement and they did not have any more in stock. I needed a grill that weekend so I ended down grading to a Char-broil grill with lower BTU. It Was not what I wanted, not completely satisfied.

I purchased this grill after doing research on all grills in the same price range. I had a really good Brinkman 9 years ago and was hoping for the same. Boy was I disappointed. The grill arrived and my husband spent an hour putting it together only to realize that the lid was not welded together on the one side. The frame also had a dent however, we were not that concerned about that. I ordered a 2nd grill hoping to just replace the top portion with the grill we had already assembled. We opened the box and the same thing. The lid was not welded together on the one side plus the underside was already rusting. Needless to say we will be returning both grills and trying to find something else. It's a shame. This grill really did look nice and I think we would have been happy with it.
