I received the ring a few days after it was said to be delivered. I know many people claimed they got theirs early but I did not. When I did get it, my school mascott which is Spartans was to be on the one side of the ring. What they do have on that side, I have no clue. When I called they pretended to search school mascotts, when I ordered the ring the site said they had mine but that's not what I got and on the phone they claimed they "man not have had that". I was then told I could send it back and wait another "4 weeks" for it to be changed. It was 2 months that I waited for this ring to come so I said forget it, I'll leave it as is. Just be careful how you place your order and make a copy of the actual order because I did not and have no proof of what I did order. I haven't worn this ring much, so I don't know how it will hold up. Reviews I read did say the ring was small and it was. Good luck with your orders, mine was not as I had hoped.

Well my boyfriend got his ring here and within the first year the school colors on the side fell out. The stone is gone and everything. I was going to get my ring here also but its not worth the money with problems like that .

I would have ordered at the Walmart in Leland, N.C. but they didn't have any brochures. Online didn't have a picture of my mascot, it just said "your mascot here" with the school colors under it so I just ordered that. I ordered an activity on the other side and it showed it with the school colors under it also. Just want everyone to know that when I got the ring it had everything I had seen online but under my mascot had a symbol (oil lamp - meaning educational knowledge) instead of the school colors. Word to the wise, make sure you know what you are getting. I really do like it but I do not like surprises especially when I paid over $400. The store should tighten up and the website should as well.

We bought this for our daughter. She loves it, but one activity is not what we ordered and I cannot figure out what it is suppose to be. I looked on the website and at all the activities, sports, zodiac and there is nothing like it. It looks like some sort of fish. We are returning it and getting another activity put on it. How long it takes to get it back will determine if I recommend buying a class ring to a friend.

This was the cheapest ring I could get at my wal*mart so to help out my parents, its the one I chose. I know its a girls ring but it seems so small. I know its not meant to be huge and flashy but it just seemed like I paid alot of money for a little ring. I will however say it holds up nicely. I don't wear mine, I got it as more of a keepsake, but I've moved it around, its been on display and in several boxes and although it looks a bit worn down you can still read everything and the stone is still in it. If your like me and you want something to remember high school by or something to show off...I'd get something else. Spend alittle more money and get something your REALLY proud of.

I bought this ring a few months ago and I love it! I wasn't sure how well it would hold up seeing as it is so cheap, but so far so good! I wish it had been a tiny bit bigger but for the price I am very happy with it :) I recommended my friend to get his from walmart as well and he is loving his.

I purchased this item for my neice for graduation May 2010. She received it in June of 2010 at her graduation. She wore it for 4 months and the stone fell out in the sink doing dishes. Beautiful ring, but not made well if the stone falls out after less than a year. I was impressed with the beauty of the ring, but it is not priced well for something that cannot be worn without falling apart.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas, she's worn it practically everyday. Exceed our expectations on the workmanship on the ring. Lettering, mascot, activity logo all set true to form. Pictures of gems are not as they seem, in person her gem came out beautiful compared to the gem pictured. Big jewel companies do beware, with the price savings Walmart offers and the compliments she's received for her ring daughter #2 will be purchasing her ring from Walmart too!

My Parents bought this ring for me. And when I first got it I was in love with it, other then the little fact that the stone (what was suppose to be a Garnet) was a bright red. After a few weeks all of the antiquing on the ring came off, leaving the pattern of the metal that was underneath visible. It looks like of gross.
The stone started to lose luster and color depth(became pale to basically state) in some parts, like when part of a piece of glass is raised off. After wearing the ring for a year, the stone split down the middle...for no visible reason. Garnets do not break in half like this. I was deeply disappointed to find that I had not received the stone I ordered, or in that fact received a stone, I believe the center stone to be glass, but I have yet to have it inspected.
Overall for the price, the ring is a decent deal, but if you want a high quality ring that you can treasure for a long time...don't go with this one.

I've had this ring less than two years.
Within the first year, both of the school colors on either side fell out. Gone. What a disappointment.
The holes where the school colors were are empty, and I'm not sure where I could get that redone. I wear it with the missing school color enamel, but it's a shame that they fell out so quickly. I have rings from my great-grand grandparents that they wore daily for 80+ years, and those rings haven't had anything fall out or wear off (of course, they were much more pricey).

The antique finish wore off within the first few months of purchase. Antique finishes do wear off on any ring, but with this ring, it left a dark gray, metal. It looks gross. It would be nice if you could pay Walmart stores to re-do the antique finish again.
The top stone looked ok when purchased, but now it looks more like a stick on earring (remember those from the 90s?).
You certainly can't beat the price. If you want a ring to just wear a few months, this works fine. If you're looking for a quality ring that will hold up to light to normal year over the years, this isn't it. You get what you pay for. Next time, I'm buying the "real deal" so my school colors don't FALL OUT the first year I own the ring!

The ring is pretty and very detailed but my daughter had hers less than a year before the color on the sides just peeled off. That doesn't happen on a high quality class ring, but we got what we paid for.
