The Marine Metal Monofilament 3/8" Mesh Cast Net is a convenient tool to use when catching bait fish for your fishing trips. This may eliminate the need to purchase bait at your local bait store, making the Pro Cast net more economical to use. You can also use the mesh cast net to catch larger fish and shrimp. This 8' Radius Pro Cast net comes equipped with 1 lb of lead weight per foot, enabling it to snare the bait fish while it sinks to the bottom. This 8 ft cast net will open in a circular spread with every cast you make, providing a large trapping area for catching fish. It is made from soft monofilament that is fully treated to maintain the net's square mesh. The mesh cast net was made to hold the fish until you pull it into your boat. You can reuse the box that comes with the Pro Cast net to protect it when it is not in use.

Don't let my rating fool you. It is a great net. But it is a 3 star net. By no means is this a high quality super nice net. You are getting a great net for the money you are paying. If you want a better net you are going to have to jump up to a $100 plus net but it is going to be way better. If you just want a casting net for some bait fish on occasion or for mullet runs. This net is fine. If you are using it every week. Do yourself a favor and buy a better net.
