This is a cute little machine to fix little things around the house that need more than a sewing needle. It is very lightweight being a plus and minus. It is easy to carry but hard to manipulate large items..had to improvise it in place so it doesn't move with double sided tape otherwise works fine.

i was pleasently supprised by how small it is and it works great for small projects and saves me the trouble of lugging around a big machine and trying to find a place where i can set it up and leave it up cause set up and clean up take minutes I LOVE IT

i am happy with the mini sewing machine, it is small enough that you don't need a lot of room to store it. It is doing what i wanted it to do, sew crafts and mend. I just wished i would of looked closer cause it doesn't have a reverse. I am also having a little trouble with winding a new bobbin. But over all its easy to use and the price was right.

This product is not as described. It does not sew
in reverse. It does not have a light. It is difficult to lock
In stitches by hand. It does not sew consistent stitches.
The tension is difficult to adjust and the thread does not lock
appropriately. This is a waste of time to buy and a pain to work
with. I am an advanced seamstress and gave this to
my granddaughter for Christmas. She is 11 and we are
frustrated with this machine and the deceiving description.
Had I read all of the comments I would have know this.

I got this machine for doing small projects, simple sewing. I have made myself and my daughter a skirt and several purses with minimal trouble. The machine is very easy to use. My biggest complaint is that the thread breaks more often with this machine than it does with my regular full size brother sewing machine. Two improvements that would make this a perfect simple machine would be that 1) it needs a light (it is difficult for me to see the needle to thread it, so I have used a small flashlight to provide a light) and 2) it has no reverse (I manually stitch a few stitches with the wheel to secure my stitches). Overall, the simple chain stitch is fine and the machine is consistent and works very well. The electric scissors that come with it are Amazing though, very easy to use, very quick! The Accessory bundle is a standard sewing notion bundle, it has many many different bobbin colors in it, and I like that, because I hate winding bobbins lol.

Great Sewing Machine for Small Projects/Beginners

This product is excellent for little jobs. I am actually quite impressed with how much I have been able to do. I have made hats, scratch mittens, barbie clothing, and repaired cloth diapers. It has sewn through fleece, thick velcro, and jean for me so far. I have not had to adjust the tension, although I have had the string snap once. The only downside is it is meant for smaller hands and small projects, which means small working space, but I have learned how to work with it to get som larger things done. I have not used the scissors yet, but I am sure they will work great as well.

I bought this for my 7 year old for Christmas. It works good and does not take up alot of space. It's perfect for kids or small projects. I had to watch a youtube video to find out how to thread the machine because I had never used a sewing machine before. But now that I know what I am doing my daughter and I have been making clothes for her dolls.

My daughter opened this on Christmas morning and started right away making a pillow for her dog. It is fairly easy to use. The tension is a little tight but adjusts easily. The only thing she didn't like was the scissors. The automatic scissors won't cut anything nor will the little pair in the kit, but she has her own pair of scissors that work great so she is very happy. I would recommend this product to anyone that has a child that wants to learn to sew. :o)

I purchased this for my 7 year old grand daughter. it works well and good for a very beginner child but there is no reverse so it will ravel easy I am return it only for that reason otherwise it it a good value, the accessories are a value however the seem ripper is so dull that it wont cut thread but i didn't need one that it no big deal

This sewing machine can not even sew easy quick projects which is what I bought it for in the first place. It creates large stitches randomly and sometimes just randomly stops. I do not think this machine is worth it, not for any kind of project.

It's a cheap sewing machine, what you see is what you get! It's small, which is a pain when working with a lot of fabric, but perfect for small spaces. I haven't had any problems with it, its easy to use and it was exactly what I was looking for!
