NOT A BLU-RAY MOVIE!!

These are NOT the blu-ray movies. They are the widescreen DVDs burned onto blu-ray ROM discs. Don't expect an HD quality picture. The package says "1080p High Definition" which is true, but that doesn't me High Definition quality. This just means that they've just taken the widescreen dvd and enlarged the picture from 720 pixels to 1080 pixels. This what we in the industry call "upsampling". Larger picture but not better quality. If you thought that the price was too good to be true, you were right.

Walmart definitely holds up their promise in getting your money's worth. Getting two Harry Potter DVDs on Blu-Ray for this amount is a price you can't disagree with. The picture was beautiful, the package was secured and when I went to pick up my package at Walmart the employees were nothing but nice. I will definitely be ordering from Walmart again!

This is an excellent value on so many levels. First off, if you've not bought these movies on blue ray before, then this is a perfect set to get. Unlike what I've read about the regular DVD versions being compressed onto one disc, this double blue ray edition contains one disc per movie. There are extra features, but I haven't watched them yet, so I cannot comment on them. Basically, if you don't care to buy the ultimate editions, and you're trying to get these films before they stop making and selling them at the end of 2011, then these are really a great buy. Next year, there will be a set of ultimate editions reportedly to be sold around Christmas, but until then, you won't be able to rent or buy these until then. If I were you, I would not wait any longer to get these. Walmart is going to pull them from the shelves and this website the last day of December 2011. The price is also great, too. When you figure that each movie sells anywhere between 10 and 20 dollars at Walmart, and other places; 13 dollars is pretty hard to beat.
