It was an inexpensive fix for the kitchen. I would suggest priming the counter first. I had a problem with scratches showing through.
Be sure to ventilate well the smell is very strong and lasts a long time.
The final result was great but I added sponge paint ,glitter, and covered it with a glossy protective finish -which added to the cost and time of this project.
There are some useful videos on You tube I would suggest.

Save your money and either invest in the more expensive countertop paint products or save up for a new countertop. The smell of this paint was so horrible I had to resort to a mask and my husband kept running outside to avoid the fumes. Within a few days it was already starting to chip away. So now there are places all over it where things have been sat on it. This is the worst paint product I've ever bought.

I really wanted this product to work. But there were lots and lots of tiny bubbles during the application and you must go back over it with a foam brush to eliminate the bubbles. The smell was HORRIBLE!!!! I wouldn't recommend this product. Did I say how HORRIBLE the smell was?
