Very satisfied with the quality of this jacket, but I had to return the M (10/12) for the L (14). My daughter is 9 years old and normally wears a size 9/10 but the M barley fit her. The L is a good fit, still not too big for being a size 14. I did order a similar jacket for my son, and that jacket fit was very accurate.
