The phone self is great, easy to manage. All the features work, no hang ups, overall good quality phone. The only down fall is the factory apps that are pre-loaded that you can't get off, it is to much for the internal memory and you can't move it. So you keep getting a message not enough memory. Major DRAG!!!!

I've only had this phone for 2 days but I love it so far. You have to choose a Beyond Talk plan from Virgin Mobile (Starts at 35 dollars a month plus tax). So far the service is better than Metro PCS (my previous carrier) and the phone works better than my last phone, which froze a lot. I mostly text and check email/facebook and make a couple of phone calls a day. I have a couple of apps that I downloaded to the phone and so far they work great. No complaints yet!

This is my second LG mobile phone. I bought this phone as an inexpensive introduction into the android line. The key feature for me is the slider keyboard. It does offer the touch screen QWERTY keyboard, but the slider is outstanding. The touch screen keyboard is super-sensitive and for those with large fingers, that keyboard would be problematic without the aid of a stylus. The set-up of apps was flawless and the extra micro sd card was a nice surprise to see it already installed and ready to go. Since it is a micro sd, an adapter is included. This phone also has voice activated controls which work very, very well. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Excellent price for a more than capable Android phone. Is it an iPhone or another top of the line phone costing hundreds of dollars - no. It is, however, an excellent no contract phone than has more capabilities than 99% of us, or a 15 year old kid, will ever need or use.

So far so good! I went from a flip phone to the LG Slider and I feel like a techie!!! Easy to set up, easy to use! Only complaint and this is really minimal is that I wish they had a icon key chart! Small icons show up on top of the screen that I don't know what they mean!!

So far I love the phone. It does everything I need it to do. I was unsure about it at first because the battery would go low very quickly but I downloaded a battery saver app and it is working just fine. It is easy to text on, the connection is crystal clear, it goes to email, and the web with no problems. If you turn off something the phone needs to operate, it will give you a warning that you may have to turn phone off and on to reset it, to make all functions work again so no issues there. The camera is not all that great, but you can't have it all for 59.99. I also like the Virgin Mobile network so far. It runs on Sprint towers and works well for me...so far. The words are rather small on it so I would not recommend it for people who cannot see well. But I just grab my glasses and go. Love my little phone. : )

I've had this phone about 1 month, can't beat it! Batteries that are supplied with a phone are notoriously inferior (it's called marketing folks). Yes I'm not to happy with the battery life but you get what you pay for! Not happy? Then go spend $300+ for an iPhone & tons more for a data plan - cringe cringe. I usually see 1 bar for signal strength but the service is still fine - reasonably fast inet connection & no dropped calls. If your on a budget & need the features - get it.

Bought this for my husband, got it in the mail, had it all set up. He took it with him the next day, burned his hand almost, was on with full battery for about 20 minutes and died. Next day...took it back. Walmart was awesome with the return, no problems there, but the phone was the worst we have ever bought. Shame, it was our first Android.

I bought this phone for my son after reading the good reviews for it. The phone itself is fine, but the coverage was non-existent. He lives north of Dallas, TX. We tried for several days to use the phone, but I heard about 3 words out of each sentence. He had to hold the phone up in the air to even get one signal bar. Its too bad this did not work, because the price is fantastic.
When I called Virgin Mobile's customer service and complained about the service, they refunded the one month of service I had paid for, and Walmart refunded me for the phone. So, at least it ended well.

I bought this phone online a few days ago. Received it yesterday charged it. Used it for a while and the back of it got hot. Is this the way this phone gets? After using it for while plus it uses a lot of the battery. Had to charge it twice in 1 day. Need input on this phone please thank you

Being new to the Android world, I was a bit hesitant to purchase this product but from what I have heard, this cell technology is really great. At first, the phone was somewhat intimidating but with the assistance of the instruction booklet, the very helpful and quite detailed on line tutorial (on the VM website), and hands on use, I am learning the many cool things Android provides. Only have the phone one week and really like what it does.
I purchased this item online from Walmart and the price was competitive. It was delivered within seven days which was nice. Downloaded several apps from Google and they work fine. 3g works fine, reception is very good, and I replaced the 2g micro sd card with a 16g card. If you are new to Android, give it some time and learn what it can do. Just a couple of the very neat features include voice commands which will dial a contact for you or even use it to receive voice directions (turn by turn) from one destination to another.
Really can't be too comprehensive about this review since I still have lots to learn. This is a great phone for your first Android experience. Set up was easy on internet and Virgin Mobile will help you when you call them.
