I ordered my cyberpowerpc gamer ultra gua250 4100 processor GT520 pc as it was in the description at the time. Though it took forever to ship up until the last day before its expected ship date, but as i'm not far from the manufacturer it came the same day it shipped. Now after hearing all the reviews about it I was second guessing myself, however when the pv arrived it was easy to open and install my wifi card, plenty of room in the pc itself. It came with features not listed in the original purchase as well. It came with a 3.80ghz cpu, and a Nvidia GT610 which both are above what I originally thought i was getting, along with that their was tidy cables which is an added feature offered to cyberpower online store only, and some extra programs.
I am completely impressed with the product and the extras I got from the purchase and highly recommend others to buy it.
though keep in mind the video card and battery will have to be upgraded within the first year if you want to really game, but the pc itself is easy to maintain and perform your own Maintenance.
Only other down side to it is theirs only 2 ram slots and one HDD hook up not dual HDD's which is hard when you want to add another drive as a slave drive. You have to replace cables or get an external if you want more memory. Though the TB it came with should be plenty for now, untill I get my converter to make my other TB hard drive into and external.
Everything works and passes my test* this pc can play all games I have on mid quality as well as ultra for some titles that I have, "LoL,(takes configuration) , WoW (frame rate lowered), SWTOR (Ran smooth), Oblivion series, fallout series, mass effect series.
A must buy for those who want a good head start. change out the video card and you can play any game, as most only require 3.6ghz 4gb ram ect.

Good Gaming Computer To Build From.

Nice looking PC, you may want to get a better power supply and a mid-range graphics card. Windows 7 OS is so much better than Windows 8 for gaming online or off. I've not had any
issues with this gaming desktop so far. The graphics card is low end but I replaced it with a
GTX 650. This machine comes with a 500 watt power supply, seems to run everything alright.
You will need a molex 6 pin power connector if you plan to replace the graphics card. The power
supply that comes with this machine has limited power connections. You can use this computer
for everyday use such as surfing the web, email, picture files and so on. If that would be your
main use of this computer, you will be just fine with the machine just as it comes out of the box.
As for the box, this machine is packed well for shipping.

This computer is awesome. Shipped fast to my door for a total of 547.00.What can I say? The computer is great for the price. It has good specs and it's good enough for me cuz I'm not a gamer. Plus I got it for windows 7 because windows 8 is a joke.You can't go wrong with this pc for the price.And you can't beat Walmart's prices for anything no matter how much you try.

Out of the box it had issues. For example when started it will freeze every time when windows tries to load. Upon hard boot windows loads up fine. I completely reinstalled windows, have ran repairs, etc, to no avail. I'm holding out hoping for a BIOS update but anyway.
Aside from that and a few piddly software issues the actual hardware runs great. It's extremely fast, has a lot of space and even the graphics card (which I had intended on replacing) runs great. I haven't had any issues at all playing any of the games I've wanted to so far. (Everything from Tomb Raider and Civilization to Saints Row the Third and Sim City its handled on high settings without a hitch.)
Bottom line is, for the price, it's absolutely worth it and I would definitely recommend. Just realize that for that price there might be a few hiccups you may have to sort out on your own.

The computer came quickly and I picked up at Walmart. When I brought it home, it kept crashing and didn't work properly. I contacted Cyberpower and they sent me a UPS shipping label to send back for repair. They repaired without having to wipe anything out that I had already put on. I was disappointed they didn't do anything besides repair, but no complaints. The computer seems to perform as I expected. It is a great deal for the price.

I am going to start this off by stating that I have an Associates degree in Computer Engineering Technology and I have had this computer for 2 weeks now. With that being said I bought this computer because it had great specs for gaming plus had a quad core processor with 8 GB of RAM and Windows 7. This was better than the computer I was running at the time. When I received this computer within the first hour I got the Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) three times. I did return the computer and working for Geeksquad for over a year I know that sometimes things happen and defects occur in products. I bought this computer again believing that this experience was going to be different. At first it was different until I started playing Star Wars The Old Republic and it kept crashing. I called Cyberpower PC and determined that it was my video card as I took it out and used the onboard graphics card. With the onboard graphics card the computer did not crash once. Cyberpower PC sent me a new graphics card, after installing it I played The Old Republic for an hour then it crashed again. However I have a friend that has this same computer and does not have the issues I had. He did have to reinstall Windows and not update the drivers for the graphics card but other than that it runs great except the graphics card is a very low end card. So either this system is not working well with the NVidia graphics card or I just have very bad luck. Either way this has ruined my view of Cyberpower PC.

Buyer Beware!

Computer was delivered Friday May 3rd, Set up on May 7th, & Returned on May 9th.
Out of the box it was missing one of the feet on bottom of case - Bad sign #1.
I also noticed that the case was full of open vent holes on the top. Good for letting in all kinds of dust & spills - Bad sign #2.
Once on, I checked the memory amount - 'my computer' showed 8g total but only 4 was usable - Bad sign #3.
Computer lasted long enough to update windows and then locked up. After re-booting, it looped through several windows reboots. When it finally seemed like it was loading windows it went to the "Blue Screen of Death" - Bad sign #4.
Checked all connections and saw no loose wires/cards but still no boot-up w/out blue screen. I decided to not fool with a lemon computer that does not work out the box. I returned it immediately.
I have bought nothing but Dells #new & used# over the course of the last 15 years & thought I would take a chance with this - Big Mistake. I should have read the reviews in the order of newest first as I suspect there was some kind of hardware change in the last few month. Nearly all of the recent reviews state issues with rebooting and the blue screen.

Mfg Tech Support only available 8 to 6PM on business days. Courteous people. Sent e-mail suggesting giving me hardware driver updates. After this did not work, it took Tech Support three days to reply to me e-mail with another suggestion. A better use of my time was to box it up and return it to the store.

Although it was supposed to run right out of the Box, the Boot Disk was wrong. After correcting this factory oversight, I found the Video Card had the wrong drivers installed, causing problems. After downloading updated drivers, the Computer is stable and FAST.

Crashed after 12 hours

I was very excited to get this. Like others I had seen the poor reviews of some and decided to ignore them over the good price and cool features. I had a bit of a hard time time powering it up at first but after that she was fine. very fast and cool red lights. Next morning i got on only to find it had crashed and would not even get to the windows screen. All I could get was the blue screen of death. The only plus I can say about it at this point is that at least it did it quickly so I can just take it it back to Walmart. Going to get a HP now instead.

Great for media, lacking for games

For the price, this is a good machine, but be prepared to upgrade the memory (16g maximum), video card, and add more 120mm fans before you try to play graphics-intensive games in higher settings. You should be okay to play graphics-intensive games in lower settings, unless you simply can't stand to see anything in any less than "high" or "ultra" quality. The components in this machine are outdated, so plan on systematically replacing things as time progresses. The AMD FX-4130 (in my machine, NOT a 4100, but a 4100 series) is a pretty strong processor, but the motherboard leaves something to be desired. Luckily, motherboards are relatively cheap, so that's not a huge problem unless you decide to shell out $400 on a new CPU.
All in all, this is really not a bad machine - especially for $500 - but you could shell out another hundred dollars on a system that could go a lot farther, depending on whether you build one yourself, or use a custom PC configurator on Cyberpower PC's site.

Hardware issues from day one

I had ordered this when reviews looked good. Then I checked back and saw the issues with hardware and service. I decided to take a chance, but was disappointed from day one. I had my son check all the connections inside before we even powered it up, but that didn't help. The computer just randomly shut off and restarted. I have to give their service a good rating for promptness and helpfulness. They immediately offered to fix the computer and sent a shipping label to ship it out. However, I decided I did not want to deal with a lemon from the start so I returned the computer to Walmart and got an HP.

Blue screen of death

I got my computer and on intial setup of windows got the blue screen of death. After about 10 restarts I was able to get windows to load only to have it keep restarting over and over getting the blue screen. I will be returning the computer the day after I received it in the mail and I will not be buying this brand computer again.
I tried updating video drivers and updating windows but it did no good. Buyers Beware.

The setup started out OK. Then, it couldn'y find my profile I had just entered. Next It gave me the Blue Screen of Death multiple times. It didn't matter if I was trying to download drives, transfer data or letting it just sit and idle. Then it would cycle through a reboot and end up looking like it would starte working.
I uninstalled anything I had loaded on it, repacked it and returned it. I doen't know if this was a poor rebuild or had bad sectors on the hard drive of what. I wasted around 4 hours before I gave up. I have never had a new computer do this before.

I don't know who is at fault here, walmart or cyberpower, but all I wanted was a starting level gaming pc and I got this. However this thing can't even run a game! Instead it keeps restarting over and over again. Being on the desktop for to long even causes a blue screen of death.
What a waste of time!
