The halter top is different and cute; easy to slide over head without untying the halter. I got a medium and it fits nicely (I'm 166 lbs.) and wear size 16 in most clothing. The order came quickly. I would recommend this swimsuit to friends.

I love this swimsuit it's very cute and has a nice vintage feel! The size does run a little big but the only issue I have with it is the built in bra cups seem smaller than they should be. It is very comfortable and modest while still being sexy! I would most certainly purchase again!

I am petite but a size L; this suit is quite flattering for me. The shirring and the dot pattern helps to conceal the belly, the straps are nice and wide and comfortable, the suit has a great 50's look that I love! It fits well, seems very good quality for the price. My husband said it looked so good on me that I should get another one!

I read almost all the reviews before purchasing this bathingsuit. I had never ordered one online, and I wanted to make sure that the sizing and style was true to its form. I am almost 5'6 and 177 lbs. I have lost about 33 pounds, and I feel that after 20 years, I am ready to be comfortable in a bathingsuit. I loved this style because it is modest with the front leg covering, vintage style, and also flattering for the bust area. I ordered a Large, and it fit perfectly. I am completely content with the price, the quickness of the shipping, and everything about this purchase. Some complained about the back area, and I have no problem with the back area. My husband said it looks great on me, and I am very proud to wear it, especially being a mommy now! Hope this helps. I would say the sizing is a bit larger than what you are used to, like the rest of the reviews. So, if you are an ex large, then I would order a large. Hope this helps!

I received this suit today and wanted to come online to offer my opinions because I have never found a swimsuit which fit me so well, especially with ordering "blindly" online! This suit is very well made with high-quality fabric. I am 5'10" with a curvy build and typically wear a 10-12 in clothing. I ordered the M (8-10) based on other reviews, and it fits me perfectly! I will agree with others that the back is a little plain, but the front is perfectly designed. This suit is very comfortable to wear and is definitely forgiving of those little body flaws we all have. Run, don't walk, to your store or computer to get this swimsuit! It is a phenomenal deal!

So comfortable! I normally have trouble with tanks pulling with my long torso, but this one is great. The styling is conservative, but fun, so I don't feel like I'm being stuffy or wearing a mom suit, and I appreciate that it hides my tummy well. This will be one of my favorites.

I really do like this bathing suit. I had a little difficulty picking the right size which could have very well been my fault. I thought I was small enough for a size small but I probably should have gotten a medium. I am rather small up top and not sure the medium would have been flattering in this area; however, the sides of this bathing suit are a bit stretched out on me. Not horrible; just not completely what I had in mind.

I had set my mind on finding a pin up style bathingsuit and after doing some online searching they ranged from $50 to $85!!! on websites that at times didn't give me the security I would like from an online purchase.
Im a 34D 26 waist and 35hips. I ordered a small. The bathing suit fits amazing. Its super sexy but super comfortable. Being big in the chest area I would of liked maybe an underlined wire for extra support but I love the thick straps, usually the thinner straps dig into my neck and leave a red mark which after a while is painful to bear. The mid area keeps your midsection super tucked in and the bottom boy short style lifts your tush adding fullness to your behind. Looking forward to wearing it this summer. Hope this helps you decide!

My only fear in writing this review is that everyone will purchase this same suit ;) I HATE shopping for bathing suits--after having 4 boys I am always looking for the best tummy control I can find. This is BY FAR the most comfortable I have felt in years while in a bathing suit. The halter straps can be tied as tight as needed and help conceal the dreaded arm-pit fat :) I think it runs just a smidge Large? I called me best friend begging her to buy the red one and she loves it too! THANKS WALMART!!! I would pay twice what I did for this confidence boosting suit!!

This looked really cute on the website, so I ordered it for an upcoming cruise. I was very pleasantly surprised to find out it looks just as cute on as it does in the pictures. I'm not a small women (I wear between size 12 and 14) and am very pear shaped. I ordered a size large. This suit made me feel good. It helps slim my middle and hid the cellulite in my upper thighs, without being uncomfortably tight. I am a C cup, and it fit great in the chest. There are built in foam cups, but no under wire, so if you have a larger chest you might find it doesn't have enough support. Conversely, if you have a smaller chest, the elastic in the back might be loose on you. I'm very tempted to order this in the other colors.
I haven't actually gone swimming in it yet, but the quality seems good. It looks as if it should hold up well, especially since I plan to mostly sun bathe in it.

I love this bathing suit. However, I bought it as my normal size and it is too big. It runs big. I'd recommend a small size. Even tho it is big, it shows curves and I love it. I am 26 with 3 kids (set of twins) and I feel very comfortable in this.

My only beef with the new polka dot suit suit was the sizing. During Spring/Summer, you can buy these suits in regular women's sizes (2, 4, 6, 8, 10. thru 20;1x, 2x, 3x) at any Walmart store. When I looked to replace my sagging (sixe 18/20) leopard suit online; I found that the Catalina Suddenly Slim Halter Swim Suits are only offered in general women's sizing options: S, M, LG, XL or 1x-3x.
When I finally went to buy my new suit, Walmart's online store WAS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT of all women's sizes SM-XL of Suddenly Slim Shirred Halter Suit! I was so desperate for a new one that I ordered the polka dot version in a 1x. Unfortunately it was too big (the bust was huge on me!). I've lost a little weight lately so I guess I'll have to return it, but this is a good problem to have!
I'll keep on checking back until they have an XL in stock for me-in any color!
