This product exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to purchase a sturdy foam roller to keep at mom's house on the east coast. I was so thrilled with this one and all 3 pieces!
i was SHOCKED at how wonderful all 3 parts are working for me and my friends who I share this product with and teach how to use it.
I have sent the link for this product to several friends and totally recommend it to you if you have muscle tightness and cannot get relief or cannot afford regular massage.

It really gets to those sore muscles and help you to relax. The only thing I would change would to make the yellow roller stay inside the blue roller a little better. It comes out too easy. But as far as massaging your sore muscles, this is wonderful!
