I am only giving this product a low rating due to time in transit to my home. Uncertain re: ordering online and concerned about in-transit time. Unsure if product would remain fresh and usable. My uncertainities were realized when I received product in 7 days. Upon opeing package, sour/strong odor assailed me. Heating in oven intensified odor and I discarded product due to unpleaant odor. I am sure this product is very good if purchased and refrigerated/frozen soon after purchase.
