Seems to be well made. Does not have the rolled edges that prevented my old swivel from fitting into my quick release fixtures.

Bought 2 wise high back fishing seats with these swivel mounts and the quick release and I ABSOLUTLY love them!!!! These mounts will fit any seats with 4 holes
