The handset did not work right out of the box.
Spent time on my cell phone with company techs to solve problem.
However, could not be resolved and had to return to store.
Would not recommend this phone.

Liked the phone - until it stopped working

This phone met the criteria we needed, and we were pleased with the phone - in the beginning. However, after only a few months of use, the phone stopped working. We replaced the battery, but the problem was not the battery.
When I first purchased the phone, the wall mount and belt clip were missing. I contacted the company, and the items were quickly sent, without charge. I was favorably impressed with the customer service.
I would not purchase another Clarity phone, although we may have just bought a 'lemon.' Since the few refurbished items I've purchased did not last very long, I opted not to attempt having the phone repaired and decided to replace it with a different phone.
