The chocolate version has more fiber and with a fiber meal (low sugar one); you have yourself a full meal.
Depending on your own physique; I am large and 1600 calories to stay fit and lose weight;
I apply to for one of my three meals. This keeps my hunger down until the lunchtime.
I tried the 8 ounce bottle and was still hungry even with a fiber bar.

These shakes are the best tasting chocolate nutrition drinks on the market. They are a bit more expensive than other brands, but worth the price. They are high in protein and have no more carbs than a slice of toast. A great breakfast for those on the run who want to watch their carb intake.

This is perfect if you have diabetes and need to lose some extra weight you got hanging on. It tastes great and really did help sedate my hungry for a long time. I definitely recommend.

This is a great product for a few reasons.
1. It tastes very good. No after taste or funky smell, just a great chocolate taste.
2. It works! I have problems with migraines and it was suggested to me to start including this in my daily diet to help keep my sugar levels from spiking or dipping. Not only does it help with my sugar levels, but also with my migraines and I have more energy.
3. The price is reasonable for the return on the benefits I receive and the taste.

I have been drinking Glucerna for years and I just love it and being a diabetic makes it oen of the only suppliment drinks I can drink. I used to eat the candy bars and the cereal but when they pulled all of my teeth when I got cancer of my tonsild they made it to hard to eat so I drink it almost every day and the chocolate is my favorite flavor and from what I can see most people like the chocolate also.

I was hesitant to buy this at first, I imagined it tasted like creamy chalk but it tastes really good and it fills me up and keeps me satisfied for hours. The chocolate tastes much better than the vanilla but I would buy and recommend both flavors again.
