These ear buds surpass JVC and Skull Candy. They handle deep bass perfectly. The price is awesome. The fact that they have a microphone for telephone use or games and a remote volume control makes this deal even sweeter. A Great Earbud for the money. Good Job Maxwell!

amplifies voice to an extent that it distorts

When using with my phone on the lowest volume setting, voices are distorted (like it is too loud) that it is very hard to understand. For listening to music, it is better, but just ok.

The sound quality is average to above average. Wind sometimes will get into the buds and create a whistling noise, but that could be just how I've placed them in my ear...I'll adjust that and it'll hopefully go away. The main problem is that the sound level is significantly lower than ipod earphones. It's not terrible, and can be made up for putting turning up the volume 3 or 4 levels, but this will lead to slightly faster batter drainage. It could also be a problem for those who love to blast their music at full volume, because these won't get there. Overall though, a terrific value...you could do much worst for this price.

The bass on these are phenomenal!!! For the price this is the best you'll get the only drawback is the voice is pretty low but you can still hear it so it doesn't matter and when you don't wanna hear anybody just put these on and you'll be in your own world!!!! Overall, JUST GET THEM!!!! you wont regret it.

Great deep, crisp bass, good noise isolation, sounds nice no crackling or off tones. They're like skullcandy's and feel like them but not as cheaply made, very durable and light weight.
