Rediscover the joy of backyard grilling with this attractive, full-sized gas grill. The Backyard Grill 27,000 BTUs Gas Grill boasts a spacious total cooking surface of 300 square inches and a warming area of 153 square inches With 27,000 BTUs, it's ready to help you grill your favorite barbequed treats to succulent perfection. This gas grill also comes with a front condiment basket, BBQ tool holder, and two steel side shelves to hold your BBQ grilling gear. Easy assembly required.
This grill is the first one I have ever bought. It really is a great value. An inexpensive starter grill is what I would describe it as. The only thing that I wish it had was a side burner, but that doesn't take away from my rating.

Review 2 for Backyard Grill 27,000 BTUs Gas Grill
Has served me well

I got this grill last summer and have used it regularly through the winter into this spring (2013). it has served me very well and has proved to be a great buy at it's price.
What I like: 1. The drip pan comes supplied and fits and works better than the previous grill I owned. I have no concerns with drips when cooking on my patio.
2. The igniter still works great after 8 months. I've learned to turn both controls to high when lighting instead of just one and this grill lights on first pop nearly always.
3. Cools off fast so I can put cover back on in short order.
4. Comes with front basket
5. Cleans easily.
6. Easy assembly.
7. Excellent propane tank compartment/holder.
***8. The price.
Only one real con as I see it: Therefore the 4 stars instead of five. I have yet to see a replacement heat plate available at Walmart for this grille. The heat plate is rather thin, absorbs a lot of meat drippings and begins to warp and wear out rather quickly. Using part number 99291, I was able to find a universal heat plate on line that has different venting for the heat but seems seems a little heavier/thicker.
Using the part number listed in the manual I found the original on line as well at a very good price relatively speaking. *I bought the universal heat plate instead and it fits perfectly.
But again, it would be nice if Walmart would carry this replacement part.

Worth the price

Bought this a year ago and was actually less than $90. I have had no problems with it. It cooks a little hot on the right side, but the bottom line is that it cooks my food and I have not had any problems. If you just want a cheap grill buy it. I bought a cover for it at wal-mart as well and it held up in our New England winter. Also I thought set up was easy.

Love it!

I use this at least once a week. Setup took about 2 hours, but I was watching TV and cooking dinner, so can say it should take less time. The ignite button usually takes 3 pushes to get it to light (which is the case for most grills). I am actually surprised the switch hasn't stopped working yet (started using grill in Oct '12). I have cooked steaks, burgers, hotdogs, chicken, fish, and veggies all on this grill and it cooks each one perfectly. I do not really have a bad thing to say about this grill, as I have never owned one therefore cannot compare. But for my first grill, I am in love. Easy clean up and great taste.
Make sure you follow all directions and warnings.

I bought this for my boyfriend as an early Christmas gift, he has been wanting one, HE LOVES IT. He has already cooked on it twice, I thought it would burn food easy but he has managed to cook awesome food on there and I dont think he ever wants to go back to a fire grill!! Heats quickly so we dont have such a long wait for our food!! Start it out on a low setting and adjust from there, Easy to use && Great Product so far!!

Setup did take an hour and a half, but for the price it was worth it. I have used it twice now with great success. It is a small grill, but it will meet the cooking needs of small groups ( definitely won't churn out food for a party). Overall, I couldn't be happier!

I highly recommend having someone assemble it. The instructions could be better. Other then that the grill runs really good. I can cook chicken and steak with no problem but when cooking sirloin burgers a fire can happen. It's a small grill so everything is compact. You have to keep your eye on the BBQ constantly when cooking greasy burgers. A a cup of water is necessary.

This grill is the perfect size for my family of two. We could even have friends over and have plenty of room for 8 or 10 burgers. It was easy to put together

Review 14 for Backyard Grill 27,000 BTUs Gas Grill
I would have given this grill five stars on all marks, but it is for specific people. This is for small families having small grilling needs. It will not work for a party with multiple families. On large chicken beasts it needs 90 minutes and at most five of them at a time. But on burgers or steaks, hotdogs, skewered stuff like kabobs its just fine. Easy to make.

Great Grill Great Price Great Food

This grill is exactly what i was looking for. I replace a 4 burner $250 grill with this grill and i cannot be happier. Grill takes about an hour to assemble unless you have the store assemble it. Grill is great in size and cooks food evenly, put this together and was able to make lunch without a problem. Grill gives off alot of heat, not sure what other reviews are talking about, however this grill gets hot!!! It has indirect heating so that drippins do not fall into the flame and cause your meat to burn. Price was also great, i was originally going to get the $124 grill, however when i got to the store with the season ending this was the only one left. Luckily this grill was originally $94, however with it being the last one it was marked down to $84 :) . I hope this review helps in anyone wanting to purchase this grill.

We received this Bbq grill un-installed in a box. Would have been better if you can pick up one that is already installed. My husband said the screws were not identified properly and it was located in different places. Took him a long time to figure where everything was but after he installed it, it was alright. The price was OK; we got it on sale for $99.00 only but end of July, we discovered that the store lowered the price even more to $88.00 because they were getting rid of their summer items. I am happy with it. Very simple to operate and all the features described were there.

I bought this grill about a year ago and is still in perfect working shape. I keep it in the shed but before we moved had it on the porch with a grill cover. It did not take as long as the instructions said to put it together. It was very simple (although some of the parts did indeed look the same) and came with the tools to put it together. The wheels are large enough to go over the door track for the shed with no problem. Overall it was worth the 94$ to have the grill and it has lasted longer than some of the 200$ grills that I have bought. It fits enough hotdogs on the warmer and burgers on the grilling surface to feed my fiancé, my mother who lives with us and the two kids and myself.

Great small BBQ

Great small BBQ for the price! It's just me living alone, but it still would BBQ for 4+ people with no problem. It puts off a lot of heat and cooks well. It took me a couple hours to put together by myself (wasn't really rushing), but I didn't seem to have any huge problems with it. I would recommend.
