It did not take that long to put together. My husband and I put it together in like 1/2 hour. The hardest part was the canopy we figured it out. I would recommend it. Only had it for about two weeks and so far so good.

We had a swing from Walmart that we bought 5 years ago that wore out. We thought this swing was similar and the price was just a bit more than the previous swing. After ordering the swing online, we received it in less than a week. After putting it together, the legs would fall off when trying to move it (the legs don't bolt on, they have spring pins). Then when trying to install the canopy which has no frame- just stretch it across the top- it could not be installed straight across. It was lopsided any way I tried it. I took it to my local Walmart where I got a complete refund. We bought one at Lowes for $50 dollars more- much better.

This swing is sturdy! with my husband and I -350 lbs together? It was still sturdy and swung just nice. I like that it goes up to 500lb weight limit. So our daughter sits in the middle with us too!
I like the colors, blends nicely with our backyard...
my husband had said the top was difficult to fit on ..it was extremely tight fit :)
but easy to put together!
I suggest getting metal stakes to keep it grounded. We get a lot of wind and its easily tipped over!

Everything is good except assembling canopy cover. After trying for 1hour we could not assemble the canopy cover. So right now the is swing is without its top cover and we are not to able enjoy fully. Product material is worth the price.

Ok, but as usual, you get what you paid for. We just assembled it today as a Mother's Day present and am hoping it doesn't blow over before we can get some weights on it. Other than that, looks attractive.

My brother bought this swing set for my mother as an early mother's day present and I decided to assemble it for her.
1. The plastic caps on the nuts are such a soft plastic that even the supplied wrench tool rounded the nuts edges out before they were tight. I turned them by hand at least 2 turns afterwards and still had not tightened them to remove the play in the spanner bars for the lower braces. I replaced them with nylon lock nuts.
2. The bottom rear brace's plates were distorted from the welding so badly that I had to flatten them in my shop before getting the holes to line up to drilled holes in the legs.
3. The tapped holes for the canopy portion had multiple problems.
The first hole was tapped so poorly that I had to retap the hole.
The second hole appears to have been misdrilled and is about .062 (1/16) inches larger than the bolt that goes in it. I will be taking it to my shop monday to plug weld the hole ,redrill, and retap it.

Easy to put together. The top cover tilts to provide maximum sun protection at different times of day. We will likely purchase cushions to make it a little more comfortable, but overall we are very satisfied.

This is a good product for the price......but as far as quality goes I would rate it as FAIR. What I mean by fair is that some of the components like nuts and bolts provided with it, have flimsy plastic head covers on them which do not allow them to be tightened to its full torque capacity. Even the main structure components are not very sturdy in assembled condition. But overall a good product if used in rational and sensible manner.

Bought this as a gift for my mother. When I came to visit, I put it together. Assembly doesn't take long, and I did it by myself. The tarp however is another story. It's a pain and I couldn't get it to go on the right way without help. If you swing to high it will lift off the ground like a swing set, so kids playing on it is probably not a good idea. Other than that, I've used it, mom has used it, and it looks and works great!

I love my swing. Made for two people, very modest in the way that it is made, but I knew that when I bought it. Looks very clean and elegant, not too overbearing and bulky which is what I like for my yard. Honestly, not made for big, fluffy people ,unless you are very careful. Cannot wait to swing on it with my grand daughter, already have enjoyed it with my daughter, and many more comfortable nights to come!

Good for minimal space

It took about two hours to put together and is a two person job. The awning was a bit tight, and the seams stretched alittle while putting it on, but it's not a big issue. I was a little nervous about the weight it can hold for such a little swing but it's held up great (a combo of my husband's weight and mine is 283 lbs-but I'm worried when my in laws come to visit). I'm 5'1 and my husband is 5'11" , both our feet touch the ground so it is kind of a low swing, but I love it. We ordered the beige one and I am so satisfied. So far it's been through three very rainy days and the material dries up quickly. Our patio is very small and the swing is a perfect fit. We've only had it for a short time but I am hoping it lasts a while and can actually withstand the 500 lbs like it has been advertised. For the price, you can't really go wrong.

Great swing for the money

Love this swing but it may be harder for an elderly person to get into it since the distance from the ground to get into the swing is a bit high. I am 5'3 and I have to move the swing backwards to get into it and my feet don't touch the ground nor my husband's who is 6'2!

I bought this swing in green a few months ago and have absolutely loved it. It was easy to put together. It's been sturdy.It has been such a comfortable way to spend time outside. I originally planned to buy a padded seat to put over this seat but this one has been so comfortable, I decided not to worry about it. My dad kept coming by and visiting, sitting in the swing and saying how much he loved it so we bought this one (in natural color) for his birthday and he is enjoying it. The top part on both swings doesn't look perfectly straight but for the price and how great everything else is, I guess that's not the biggest priority. Overall, I would highly recommend this product.
