These sandals are great for my 2-year-old grandson. He can even get them on/off by himself due to the velcro. He wears these shoes almost all year round since we live in Texas. His toes are protected unlike flip-flops. I bought these in several sizes because they're stocked only seasonally in the store. They're also dress shoes because they're not in bright colors with cartoon characters on them.

My 7 yr. old had these shoes for more than 2 yrs before they finally showed real 'wear ad tear', and he is rough on shoes! They go with nearly any attire during the summer, and I swear he did nearly everything in them!! Highly recommend these sandals!!!!!

After reading reviews here and someone saying how big these shoes ran I ordered accordingly. Then I had to return them to the store, because they are actually NOT big, they run true to size when I compared them with my sons other shoes so just keep that in mind when ordering. Then at the store they barely had anything left, so I had to come back online to try something else. I was concerned with ordering these again because I noticed the velcro did not seem very strong, so I thought they might come undone easily, but since no one else mentioned that maybe it's not an issue. I decided to go with something else anyway just in case. They still are very nice for the price though.

I always buy this type of shoe for my son each summer. This year, I've had a hard time finding his size in the stores, so I was pleased to find it online with shipping for only 97 cents. I would never pay twice the price for this style at other stores. This is a cute shoe--good quality--for less.
