Very poor quality snap together parts

Arrived at store late from online order. Opened box to put together and seat post was broken and back axel was bent right out of the box. Called the number to get replacement parts and they said to send all of this info in e-mail and the parts would be out in 5 days. Waited 7 days to get it then 5 more days for broken parts so I just returned it and paid the extra $100 for the name brand one.
