holding the hair while curling your hair can be a bit tough bc there's always a chance of burning your fingers. but other than that... i LOVE it!

i bought this after i watched a tutorial on youtube.com. I wanted something to give me a soft beachy wave that didn't look so made up like when you use a flat iron to curl your hair.
I am asian so i have very fine straight hair...It works great! I used it as instructed and also managed to think outside of the box and use just one of the wands to wrap the hair like you would a single curling wand. and it works great! It looks as if i used a regular single wand curling iron but didn't have to pay the price for it. remember to use the gloves though because it does get really hot and the glove does help. Play around with it! I think it was really worth the price because i use it in different ways to achieve different types of curls. Give it a try and if it doesn't work out you can always return it. =)

I found this fun and easy to use (after watching a couple of helpful videos on You Tube). It doesn't fry my fine hair the way a 3 barrell waver or flatiron does. It has adjustable heat settings.
