I needed a new rower that was more crossfit oriented but couldn't spend big money on the fancy ones or the Concept2. I have only used this rower a few times but I love it so far. I disagree with the review that said it works more arms than legs. My legs were burning right away and I felt it in my arms as well. Kicked my butt more than my last one that has the wavey arms. It does only have a single resistance setting and the distance is in miles rather than meters. Those are really my only 2 complaints. I feel like the resistance is a perfect balance of a good workout but not so much that I can't do it for a decent period of time. Also, I got mine for $218.94. It must have been on sale because it looks like the price went up.

After initial purchase the flywheel assembly (the heart of the machine) broke within 3 months. The company replaced it, and the replacement broke in the same way again within 3 months. The machine was used on average 4 or 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time, my conclusion is that it is not built for regular use - don't buy it if you intend to use it!
