Review 1 for Sportcraft Prime Time 2-Piece Table Tennis Table
Excellent Value -- Very Stable Table

Can't beat this ping pong table for the money -- relatively easy to put together (warning -- huge box didn't fit in either of our suv's, had to borrow a pickup truck). The table is very solid & steady, the "bounce" is just fine for us amateurs.

I couldn't screw number of bolts, cause holes on details didn't fit. The whole construction doesn't work as it should according to manual.

nice table, goes together well, folds and rolls smoothly, not too heavy but sturdy enough, looks nice in my game room. A good choice at a good price.

Well... this is the best table you will get for the price. Now try to figure out ur need... are you a pro or want to be a pro? Then this might not be the table for you. Are you trying to get better at ping pong just because someone at ur job kicked ur butt big time? :) there you go - this is the one for you. Takes the bare minimum space and not that heavy. The table has a bit of alignment issues at time but we tend to ignore that.

Review 6 for Sportcraft Prime Time 2-Piece Table Tennis Table
Best option at this price point

After extensive research on tables of similar grade (entry level, basic family fun), all appeared to be of similar build quality, using similar materials, and with equally varied reviews. Given the $133 price point with free shipping to the store, the decision was easy.
Assembly was uneventful, taking about two hours with two people. The quality is good, though not what could be considered heavy-duty. Table halves fold up and down easily, and the articulated legs function perfectly. The wheels, though plastic, appear durable and can all be locked to prevent movement.
For amateur play, the table is perfect. There is a small gap (1" - 1.5") between table halves, but it doesn't present an issue during play.
When stored, a restraining strap keeps the halves together; there is no need to remove the net. The only issue is the "lock" brackets that can be used to lock either side up for playback mode... if the bracket is mistakenly left in the engaged position, it can tear up the table when that side is raised/lowered.
Overall, this is a superb value for an everyday table. Players looking for greater durability or perfect construction will want to look elsewhere, but for a family / garage table, it's an excellent choice.

So I got this for my husband for his birthday. Since it DOESNT have DIRECTIONS, we started putting the center base together from the bottom up to find we had to take the whole thing down to put it together from top to bottom. After set up it's a great and my husband loves it.. I just don't understand why directions aren't included- wish I read reviews before I got it to prepare myself about NO DIRECTIONS

Great price for a good table.

We got this table because our old one was so unsturdy, it was getting dangerous for the kids to play with it. So, it was important to me to find a solidly sturdy table that could still fit in a small budget. Walmart had the best price for this table by far. Another website had it listed for around $400! It was surprisingly easy to put together after having read the reviews that said it was so hard. I don't know why, unless they've updated their instructions since those people have written their reviews. My friend and I, albeit two handy women, put this together just fine. We found that it came with a complete instruction manual, which was fairly easy to understand, that even had the game rules for different ping-pong games in the back. The instructions suggest that you have four adults at certain points to stabilize the table when you put it together, but we did just fine with two and an 8-year-old to kind of help hold a part. Once it was altogether, it looked great and felt nice and sturdy. So much better than the one we had before! You can also fold up one side for single person playback. There's a decent size gap in the middle when you do that, so the little boys have to learn how to hit the ball hard enough so that it doesn't fall down the gap, but I don't see that as a big problem. All in all, I feel like I got a great deal and I'm very happy with the table.

This is an excellent buy and a very beautiful table. The only problem is the net does not have a wide enough base to fit on the table. We had to use some wood scraps we had to anchor the net.

Make sure to check for damages before leaving.

I purchased my table tennis table online and picked it up at the closest Walmart. There was no inspection done by the sales clerk before it was taken from the store. At home I discovered it was damaged and was told to bring it back to the store. I had already taken the table out of the cardboard container and had no way of bringing back a 5' X 5' package weighing 182 pounds. In the future I will make sure the package is examined for damages at Walmart before taking it out of the store.

Table is pretty good. I only had one problem, it came with NO instructions! I'm glad I was smart enough to figure it out. I tried calling Walmart and Sportcraft for directions but no one could help me. I'm not sure if Sportcraft is even in business anymore. Their website wasn't operational.

It's was very difficult to put together. After moving it couple of times, one of the wheel broke off. For the price it's worth it.
