The script would lead the viewers to believe that the characters' conduct served as examples of ninteen sixties behavior. It was unfair to paint everyone that lived in the sixties with the same Hollywood brush. In other words, the movie felt like the deliberate spreading of ideas to support a cause, group, or movement. As a result, I was not happy with this propaganda film.

Great movie! I am a nanny and I think all nannies, Au pairs and care givers should watch this movie, even those that don't care for kids,but leave their kids with care givers so that you can get an idea how life as a nanny,all in all it's a great movie.

This movie is funny, sad, entertaining and educational. Both my husband and I enjoyed it and we watched it twice after receiving it. The acting was good. I'm sure we will watch it again in the near future and share it with others.

I purchase the dvd The Help for my mother as a Christmas gift. She really enjoyed the movie. I later watch it, I really enjoyed the movie, The Help. I would recommend, if you have not seen the movie, The Help, that you should purhase it for yourself are for a friend are family member.

I love this film because not only is it funny, interesting and fast-moving, it is very entertaining. The 1960's culture of the South in the United States is the main focus, as it relates to racial attitudes and stereotypes. Great film

They did a great job of delivering the truth about how life was for whites and blacks at that time. Loved it, great movie and I hope there will be a weekley show of this error, our young children know nothing of this time in life and I think a lot of them need to know.
