I have a TV that is advertised as VESA standard 400mm x 400mm but did not fit. I had to go horizontal and then the bolts were not long enough so I had to go the hardware store and buy longer. It works but definitely sub optimal and too much work to make it fit.

Good product to protect flat screen TV

This product is good at securing a large flat screen TV and protecting it from movement by cats, kids, or earthquakes. I have a 47" Panasonic that was easy to secure with this device. The only drawback was that the holes in the support that fit the TV needed to be drilled out a little for the screws to fit.
