I wasn't sure on the heel height, but when I got them in the mail I measured it at 4.5 inches. Unfortunately that is too tall for me. There is no platform in the toe area so the arch was pretty steep for me. The toe box was a little bit constricting for my toes but I am sure someone who isn't flat footed wouldn't have problems with it. Over all quality look and feel was great. If you have thick calves/ankles greater than approx 10 inches in circumference you might have issues zipping the shoe up all the way. I took one star away because the heel was taller than expected and the shoe box was constricting for my toes.

These boots are pretty awesome. As high heel boots go, these are very comfortable. They are very true to size. My foot isn't sliding around inside, but your foot also isn't suffocating. The top of the boot is flexible, so you don't get that annoying rubbing on your shin or calf, and it allows for more range of motion for walking in general. There is also a layer of "soft stuff" (not sure what you call it) on the top inside of the boot to prevent rubbing as well. The sole is textured, almost like a work boot or hiking boot, so you get great grip, which is awesome for rain, snow, or any other slick surface. I find that the heel-toe ratio is very well balanced; I don't feel like there's more weight on the heel or the ball of the foot; it's pretty spread out. If I saw someone else wearing it, I would have thought they paid twice what this boot costs. I've worn them with boot cut jeans and skinny jeans, and they look great either way. Buying online can be hit or miss sometimes, but this is a great product that you can buy with no worries!!
