I got sucked in with the price and the flexibility, but am terribly disappointed in the quality of the printing. You get what you pay for. For the typical user this is probably a great deal, although the wireless scan feature takes FOREVER to work. And all of its functions are terribly noisy. But if you plan on doing any printing that reasonably represents something you've created in Publisher, PowerPoint or elsewhere, this printer won't make you happy. Spend the extra bucks and get what you want.

This printer was purchased for my small business that I run from my home. I primarily was looking for an Air Print accessible all in one. I ordered this one based on the reviews on the Apple website. Walmart site to store was $30.00 cheaper so I ordered it through them. The printer arrived in my selected store two days earlier than it was supposed to. First nice surprise. Second was the setup process. I have never had an easier time setting up a network printer than this. Basically plug it in and go. If you've ever gone through the nightmare of setting up an HP printer on a network you will know how much this was appreciated. This printer is FAST too! Print quality is excellent as well. The ability to be able to send a print job to the printer from anywhere while I'm on the road with the included software is awesome. You simply will not find a better deal in a $100.00 all in one. This clearly out performs any $250.00 units I've owned from other companies.

Overall, I chose this over HP, my standard for printers because it seemed a better price and more options. While I am still having some issues with the networking of this printer with my other devices, I think the only fault is the instructions and directions needed to install on all of your devices(laptops, workstations in your home) There are, in my opinion, too many options which you should read carefully. Overall though, the printing is very good and fast; the other options, fax, scanner and copier are very good.

I love my printer. I only gave 4 stars because I just received my printer and still trying to understand everything, my internet service helped with the connection; my granddaughter (she's 10) and I worked diligently to put together, but just a little much for us. But IT got in there and had everything going in minutes. We are so far loving it, I thank one of the reviewers for their comment, because I had already set in my mind what brand I was looking for but after reading their review and then other reviews, I was hooked.

I didn't have a problem setting up any of it until I tried to fax something. Could not set up fax. Also the ink cartridges are ridiculously EXPENSIVE! Refills are not available for this model. I may as well buy a new printer instead of ink cartridges; it's almost the same price.

I sent this to my mother who lives in Philly and is 75 years old, not only didnt it work but it messed up her brand new computer, dell is working on the computer right now, but im not in philly to even help her carry it back to walmart. this turn out to a bad idea.

Excellent product. Not only is it well designed, but it is designed with a sense of BEAUTY. This made me curious to know something about the name "Epson" that I had heard all these years without wondering before. I looked it up in wikipedia and found that this is actually a Japanese company. Somehow that made perfect sense, given the exquisite design... Highly recommended.

I had to replace a 6 year old Canon MP610. Current systems are an Apple Extreme base station (internet & wifi), an iMac running Mtn lion, Toshiba laptop running Windows 7, an iPad running IOS 6.0.1, an iPhone 4 and a iPhone 4S both running IOS 6.0.1
Follow the instructions .. if you have a Mac, do not use the install cd .. just use the link Epson provides and download the software. You will also need to download the scanning utility software.
For windows, use the cd as there no need to download anything else.
If you plan to use wireless only, do NOT plug the printer into your computer.
Very easy to setup. The printer is located in an enclosed cabinet under my desk and was able to connect via WiFi. moment of truth was test-printing from each device and every device printed via wifi to the printer without any additional setup effort.
This printer is much faster to start printing then my old printer so I am very ahppy and amazed this printer was less then $100.

We set it up and it takes some time.

I originally had an Epson, but when I upgraded I bought a Canon Pixma due to the great ratings. I used it a few times a week mostly for copying. I had issues from the beginning and the printer lasted less than 2 years. I went back to the Epson brand. This all in one was super easy to install. (Less than 15 minutes) Very easy set up and operating instructions with PAPER reference book. The fax works great, it prints nice and is reasonably fast. It can be a little noisy, but well worth the little effort for set up and inexpensive price tag. Very happy with purchase.

It's a large sized unit, probably built "tall" because you can put a large stack of paper in the under unit storage and they needed to elevate the "works" to accomodate extra 2+". There is disc with software that guides you through the install, and if you follow the prompts and have your modem name and security key ready it is a simple matter. Then you go to the AIO keyboard to finish some of the install. I felt that was cumbersome and would prefer an all PC keyboard installation and why I will probably use the Epson's Utility for faxing, rather than stand at the unit's LCD screen and menu. It's not the speediest printer, but the quality of the prints are good. It comes with a starter set of ink cartridges so you can print without an extra trip to the store. There is a Quick Start booklet, and an online User's Guide, so instructions are at hand if you don't mind reading, and reading. You can print from your camera's memory card, and there is a rudimentary crop function. If you have a digital camera..there is probably photo editing software that came with it that is far more versatile.
It's new, and I'm still stumbling around with the LCD menu, but overall it is what I expected.

I read lots of reviews before deciding to purchase. I already had an HP photo all in one printer, which had stopped working wirelessly. I also needed an air printer for my Mac products. Installation was just as easy as all the other reviewers stated. It also prints much faster than my HP printer. The paper tray is a little flimsy. The HP printer did have a separate tray for photo paper which made printing pictures very easy. I haven't tried printing pictures on the workforce yet, but expect it to be a little more difficult because I have to remove the regular paper and add the photo paper.
So far though, I am very pleased

After perusing many of the reviews on this product, my wife and I decided to purchase one. As was recommended, I followed the instructions and the printer was operational in less than an hour. We printed a number of text documents and printed a few photos. We have been pleased with the results.
