beautiful, but there's a problem

The table and chairs were a little difficult to assemble, but they are very sturdy and beautiful. They're pretty expensive, but I think they'll last for a long time. One of the bolts was not milled, so I could only assemble one chair and am waiting for a replacement bolt. We'll see how long it takes for the manufacturer to respond with a replacement. I was apprehensive when I saw that the item could not be returned to the store if defective or we simply didn't like it. Also, even if we returned it to the manufacturer, we'd have to pay shipping and there would be a 30% restocking fee. Perhaps that's normal for nice furniture, but it still gives one pause! Overall, we're pretty pleased with the purchase and our grandson absolutely loves it, even though he only has one chair at the moment.
