The steamer cleaner did not work, It would heat up but not put out any steam. I returned it to the store. I wish it had worked. I so wanted to have it. I needed it badly.

I was very excited to try my new steamer because it promised absolute cleaning with a variety of uses. I have to tell you that it didn't do any better than a wet cloth. In addition, it was extremely cumbersome with all the attachments and contortions you physically had to make in order to reach the targeted area. I tried cleaning the kitchen cabinets, the bath shower doors, and tub, also tried on the upholstery in my car (what a mess), between cords, hose, and attachments you will find yourself twisted up like a pretzel. Don't even think about it.

Product is well built, heats up fast and does what I wanted, sinks, baseboards and counters. I haven't owned it long but I am using distilled water. I was surprised by all the attachments that came with the product. Quite pleased. It was shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Walmart kept me informed very well of my package progress and notified me right when it arrived at the store. The staff got the package fast for me and it was in excellent condition.

this product is neither handy nor a steamer, bought 4/26 and will return it 4/27.
air coming out only reaches 160 degrees, and does not consistently produce steam, it isn't powerful enough to clean anything in the bathroom.

I am pleasantly surprised at the power of this little machine. I've only used it twice. So far, no complaints; we'll see if that status holds up. A must have for the bathroom and removing stubborn ground-in dirt from corners. Also works well on grout. This is the first steamer I've ever earned and I'm glad I'm not disappointed.

I saw this product and thought the price was amazing. When I got htis I used on bathroom walls and linen closet and it worked great. I tried it on the grill the other day and the dried on BBQ sauce softened right up and ran off. Just had to wash off and DONE. All the attachments are great. The cord is real long too. Loving it so far. Can't wait to try on lawn chairs.

I got this product to clean mostly my kitchen. My friend saw what it did and asked to borrow it to clean his industrial kitchen. Yes it would be way easier for him to have a professional team come in with a big unit, but this really has worked. For the money saved it has really proven it self. I'm really glad I got this, and so is he.

I purchased this item online, ship to home for a buck, couldn't wait to get it, so many things I wanted to use it for around the house. I opened it, read the directions, filled it with spring water and then it would not work. It seemed to turn on, but wouldn't produce steam. I returned it to the store and will be ordering another one in hopes that I'll have better luck the second time around. I've read good reviews from others that said theirs worked, but also saw the bad reviews where it didn't work. They really need to check their product out before putting it out to the public. I'm looking forward to getting the next one and hopefully it will work and I can again get excited about cleaning everything I had planned to clean with the first one :-)

I thought I received a bad unit when I received the first steamer. It wouldn't work, wouldn't heat up or produce steam. I returned it and ordered a 2nd unit and this one is no better than the first one. It doesn't work. Filled with spring water, plugged it in, light comes on, pressed the button, it buzzes, and then no steam. I am frustrated and will be returning this unit as well. Only this time I won't be ordering another. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time.

So far this little steamer has worked great. It has lots of attachments to clean just about anything. The only downside is that you have to hold the steam button down while cleaning. There seems to be plenty of hot steam.

I bought this thinking I would use once in a while. Wrong! It is so easy and makes cleaning a breeze. I have santized my entire house. There is nothing I can't clean with it. Even used it to dust my wood furniture. I use the extension and use the spray of steam quickly over the wood. Not only did the dust disappear, but the wood is left shining. I used it in my shower. I had just scrubbed my shower and thought I had gotten all the soap scum I could off. Wrong! Used the steamer and soap scum started melting off. My shower has never been cleaner. Used in my car to clean upholstry. My car was filthy, but now looks like new. Even cleaned the roof liner. Cleaning windows is so easy. Just use the squeege and wipe excess water, and the windows (am mirrors) shine like never before. Used it to clean and sanitize my bed and furniture. I can see I will be using this little miracle machine daily. Worth every dime. This is the best price, but the best buy because it has all of the attachments. Don't be scared of the low price. I had a much more expensive steamer before and took it back. It didn't work nearly as well as this one.

I thought this was going to be a return, but I love the way this steamer works! The multiple attachments are wonderful, I love the fabric attachment, and the assortment of cleaning attachments like the scrubber for the flat top range. I went through a gallon of distilled water the first day I used this steamer, I had to wash the attachments too. I am buying another for gifts. Works better than my hand held Shark.

I've wanted one of these for a while as I have chemical toxicity issues, but they were all so expensive. I found this one at WalMart online and paid less than HALF of what the other guys charge PLUS I got the same two year warranty - still less than HALF the money!
Tried it out as soon as I got it! Cleaned dirty dusty windows in a bedroom that had just been gutted and redrywalled - the vinyl, the glass panes and all - the windows look like brand new again!

And there's a bonus. Remember how good freshly steamed ironed clothes smell? My windows smell like that now! NO CHEMICAL SMELL! WOO HOO!
