Till I started to cook vegan food, I had not used this product. However, I required some for a recipe I was preparing and started to look around at my options. I use this brand before and have been very pleased so I felt comfortable choosing Bob's Red Mill Stone for this product. Walmart had the best pricing and such quick shipping. I am very satisfied. I used the product in my recipe and everything worked out well.......
