I didn't like the noodles. They're light and wispy. Noodles in other noodle dishes are thicker and sturdier and make a meal, or snack, that sticks to your bones. The taste isn't bad, but, it needs heartier noodles.

I have enjoyed Top Ramen for years. I love Hot and Sour Soup from authentic Chinese restuarants as well. This is an excellent compromise between the two. The best part is the fact that these are steamed noodles, and not fried like Top Ramen. Cuts the calories, almost by half. Tasty dish without any guilt!
