Needs some more work

The initial impression of the product is cheap plastic. For something like this which has a charging dock (don't know why it does... might make setup easier if you could do it through the dock); it should have a little more heft. It will fall off the table real easy since it is so light and flimsy.
Chances are you will need to use the Factory Reset button at some point. It is flaky. Some times it works, some times it doesn't. Support says it won't work if the status light is on.
The Quick Start guide is confusing and the steps seem out of order. It is printed on both sides and it seemed I needed to read both sides, out of order, to understand what to do. It isn't very clear on some points, like if you have an Android, you CAN'T set the device up unless you have access to a computer with a WiFi card.
The various RedEye devices don't share data very well. Be prepared to set up remote codes more than once on more than one device. I bought a RedEye WiFi and a RedEye mini, set up a remote on the mini while waiting for support to help me set up the WiFi; only to find out the mini won't share remote codes with other devices or the WiFi.
If you can get everything working, as I'm sure most people will be able to do, it does what it says it does.
Android support seems like a kludgy afterthought.
Most of my issues seemed targeted around a flaky factory reset process and the WiFi. Maybe if the device had an Ethernet port for a wired connection to a router, I would have not had a horrible set up experience?
The bad experience was offset by good and responsive support.
The iPhone App was missing more Help than it had. Most of the time I pressed the button for help, it said "null (Help)". Items in lists would show up twice in a couple places; e.g. it insists that I have two RedEye minis with different serial numbers. I only have one.
