I bought this desk for college since I would be doing my work online. This desk was great. Was easy to put together and was in my price range. It held everything I needed for school and helped me save space in my room. The adjustable shelfs are a major plus since I had some large size books.

Got this for an area of our kitchen for the desk top for the kids.. not too bad to use however the shelves are not wide enough to place your computer tower and there is not enough space between them to place it behind. So we have to set the tower on the floor beside it. It works but could be better if they had made the shelf space wider or the area where the two shelves meet a door or somewhere that we can place the tower behind and still get to the tower to use the cd rom..

I bought this because of the low price and didn't have very high expectations. Once I got it home, I began the process of assembling it and was pleased to find the directions were clear and it was easy to put together. It fits perfectly in my space and really holds all the stuff plus gives me more area in the room. Very, very happy!

For the price, this is a great thing so far... had it about 2 weeks. Little bit flimsy with the back panel, but seems sturdy enough for light laptops. Fits nicely in a corner- nothing fancy but I like it and the price is well worth it.

I ordered this desk because I was renovating a small room in my house into an office. I needed a small corner desk that I could set my laptop on and this looked like it would be perfect. I read all of the reviews and fully understood that it was an inexpensive item and knew that it wasn't going to be a top of the line piece. However, I did expect that I would be able to put the desk together without it breaking into pieces! I couldn't even get the screws into the desk without the particle board falling off in huge chunks. I literally tried of the course of 3 days to get this desk together (and tried using wood glue in addition to the hardware provided). I never did get the desk together and honestly, even if I had, I guarantee it would have fallen over in the first week. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!. I've ordered many, many times from Walmart.com and never had an issue. Even though the desk is inexpensive, it's not worth your time and money!!! Stay Away!

i still have this because my husband is amazing.. it was easy to put together and its nice "looking" but its not good really... it is... but it came wiht two pieces to hold every thing still in the box so my husband used those pieces to stablize the triangle part in the back and we used gorrilla glue in all of the pre drilled holes because well its compressed wood... so its still holding strong thanks to my genious husband...

It serves the purpose we needed it to (in the corner) but for the price we paid for it I expected a little better quality. As soon as we put the screws in the bottom it chipped and busted. The instructions to put it together were confusing and could have been labeled a little better. Also, while trying to put it together you have to be careful with the shelf parts because its quite flimsy until you get the top put on. I don't think this product should be more than $30.00. If you're looking for quality this is not the way to go. A lot of the black looks scuffed and put together quickly and u can see the wood underneath in some areas of the desk. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I guess it's just what u get from Walmart instead of a furniture company.

It's a decent desk for the price. It's cute and I like the size of it and the amount of shelves it has. Works great for my daughters laptop. Don't know if it's strong enough to hold a desktop tho. Seems a little too flimsy to hold a tower to me.

This desk is very easy to put together, however, the legs are not as sturdy as I had hoped. When I turned the desk over, The leg had seperated from the frame. I secured it with extra nails. It was fine then. I did not use to board backc, for extra room when put books on the selves. All in all, its for my daughters' room and it looks good in the corner.

I don't know what the 1 star reviews are talking about, I had no problems puttin it together. The directions are easy, my 5 year old daughter was telling me what do just from looking at the pictures, and sure enough, it went together just fine. The keyboard tray has not fallen off yet.
Granted, it's not the best product you can buy, obviously. But if your looking for a small desk, just enough to fit a desktop, and tuck away in a corner, it's perfect. Just treat it right and dont sit on it. But I only payed $50 for it, my expectations aren't very high.

I bought this many months ago and this desk is still great! As many have said there is a problem with the key board tray, if you apply constant pressure to it and use it 24/7 it is going to break. I had read the reviews before hand and knew this was a issue for some. After many months my keyboard tray did break but I had more than enough room on the top of the desk for my keyboard and mouse plus like a million other things. To avoid this issue try to not allow your hand to lay on the tray on either far corner of the tray, which is where the issues comes from.
Other than that I've had no problem with this desk and would certainly buy another if I was low on money and needed it.
This takes up very little room and allows for a ton of stuff to be stored around, on and in it.
This desk is well made and easy to put together and I had no problems with it at all.
This is a good desk for kids or adults who don't need a large desk for work or school. I would recommend this desk to anyone, young or old.
