I have several jump ropes and each one has it's use.
This jump rope cost a little less than $4 delivered.
I use it all the time (on a mat), found it easily adjustable and works great for me.
It's a perfect 'starter' jump rope at the very least.
I am VERY satisfied.

I use this to burn calories. I haven't figured out how to adjust the length but I just wrap it around my hands a couple time. great bargain if you want a cheap way to get sweating!

Im 5'8" and this jump rope is great. Would def recomm for someone taller but if u are shorter you may only need to wrap once around each hand. The rope has held up and for 2 bucks you cant beat the price.

This jump rope is smooth. Didn't need to stretch it out at all. Gives not only amazing cardio, but strengthens your shoulders, arms, forearms, and calves muscles!! I was sore but it felt great to work my arms as well. Highly recommend!!

I purchased this jump rope for my son's, whom are exercise funatics. They are teenager's and the only thing they said "the handles of the jumprope were a little too small". Otherwise, the length was perfect.
I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great workout.

Its easy to save your money in the piggy bank (also sold at Wal-mart and various places) and purchase this product. I use mine for warm-ups before my workouts with no issues. I can sprint, criss-cross, and flow through various other movements easily. I wouldn't use this or any jumprope on concrete because it is sure to snap or break. You would have to be extremely angry to break this rope in any way. If you take care of it, it's worth $3 (rounded from the price posted online and in stores). Ask yourself, should I waste $3 on 2-3 unhealthy value menu items at a resturant, or purchase a product that can build a better you for possibly a lifetime?

Don't get me wrong, it's a jump rope and all, but because of the material and the way it was packaged, it has tons of ways and crinkles and while I'm skipping, it loops on it's self. It's what i deserve for ya know 3 bucks.

This jump rope is too light and flimsy. I'd rather jump with a cable or telephone cord instead. If you are looking for a good jump rope to workout, keep looking, this is not it. I expected more from a "Gold's Gym" product. #disappointed :-(
