This is my 1st bluetooth headset. I bought it along with a phone that had bluetooth headset capabilities. I have a newborn and needed to cut out as much noise as possible. I was told that on work meetings that it sounded like my son was 2 rooms away even though he was sitting in my lap. Am happy with it.

i am a truck driver, and this is an excellent blue tooth. others that i have had were a little problematic in that either the person i was talking to had problems hearing me, or i had problems hearing them because of the noise in the truck cab. without doubt this is the best blue tooth i have ever had. i've had jawbone bluetooths that i would have given a 10 of 10 rating to also, but the incoming volume with them was never quite sufficient in the truck cab. in a less noisy environment the jawbone bluetooths would be excellent.
i would have preferred to use the over the ear mount with this bluetooth, but didn't have the patience to get it adjusted correctly for me. but the over the head mount works great, and is very secure. i lost my last bluetooth, a jawbone, as it fell out of my ear, bounced off of my knee, and into the lake ....

Poor connection: Often have a uncertain connection and get told I'm 'breaking up.' This may not entirely be the ear piece's fault. I am using it with an android tablet with Google talk software over a WiFi network. So there are other failure points. But it does seem to happen more often when using the ear piece.
Compatibility or poor quality: It works with my Nexus tablet (connection by way of blue tooth). Mostly. But I can't use the buttons to hang up or answer. I have use the tablet's interface to end a phone call, and answering is even further complicated. As Google talk rings my land line, I just answer on that. This could be a bad button on my ear piece (haven't been able to test that out yet), but it seems it's more likely a compatibility issue.
Ear pain: Oddly enough, I can't seem to get the volume to a setting that I can hear over small children that doesn't give me a slight ear ache. Is probably an inherent bit of an ear phone right next to your head.
On the Plus side, the ear piece works, and does so in a non-typical device mix. It would be nice if Nexus and blueparrott xpressway could work out the interface. Until then I have some work arounds.

We've had a lot of head sets and by far this is one great working piece. Love the different ways to wear it also. We drive truck and it is crystal clear and last pretty much all day. The only thing that is a pain is some of the pieces need to be able to adjust better/more. This is being used on HTC EVO 4G LTE.

The device itself does what it claims as far as the back ground noise and clarity however the ear piece it not good. Its too hard to use and not sturdy enough for the weight of the device.

Best Bluetooth I have ever had by far! I have owned about a dozen of em but this one is by far the best! You can hear hat the other person is saying and the other person can hear you clear as day. I drive a truck sometimes and there is a lot of road noise but the person I'm talking to cant hear it at all. The battery life on these things is great I would recommend this headset to every one!

The only issue I have with it is the size and the ear hook. Otherwise, it is very clear. No statics or interruptions. I bought it specifically to use for my dragon dictation. So, far, it has met all expectations. It has only been 2 weeks or so. I will recommend this to anyone. But the design is an issue.

i'm a little hard of hearing,distracted by surrounding noise,but for a truck driver theres no better blue tooth than this blue parrot.this is my second one of this particular head set,first one lasted 18 months.a single charge would last me a week,once I called their tech support line,a plastic piece broke where over the head fastens to main boom,they were eager to replace it for free,didn't care how long ago I bought it,sent me 2 of them.also you can buy this at a truck stop for $30.00 to $40.00 dollars more,but why waste your money.

Great headset. Huge old school flashback due to its size, but the variety of headset holders makes it comfortable to use.
Did have to manually trim the circular piece of plastic that holds the ear pad on to get it to fit on the headset.
Using it is where it really makes up for the size, driving down the road with the windows rolled down at 65 mph with cars going by me and the person I'm talking to can't hear anything but me talking. That's what I was wanting true noise cancelling. I'd buy one again.

I had my excitement about this product but it change immediately once I tried wearing it. This was just to big and Bulky around my ears. I have been looking for something easy to wear but this wasn't adequate. It would not stay on my ears. Was totally disappointed with this product but I can only speak for this woman. Returned it the very next day.

We are truck drivers and the blue parrots are the best for cutting out the background noise. We have tried MANY others but always come back to these. Unfortunately it seems that the lifespan of them is only a couple years but still well worth the sanity of being able to have a conversation in a noisy situation

i drive truck for a living and this is by far the best Bluetooth Most everyone has told me that they couldnt hear any back ground noise while i was driving in my truck with the window open.
The only problem I have with this product is that I have trouble hearing the person on the other line.If the volume is to high,they sound muffled but if you lower the volume the sound is clearer but then its still hard to hear because of the noise from the truck.
If the could fix that problem i would definetly give this a 5 star rating...

I drive party buses, which is about as noisy of an environment as you can be in, considering you have to overcome a diesel motor, a loud radio, and screaming/yelling/singing people in an enclosed area. I've been through multiple headsets (including Jabra, Jawbone and BlueAnt) looking for one where I can hear people and they can hear me. This headset trumps all the others, no questions asked.

Bought the headset, startup was easy. The headset itself works great. The problem is the plastic mounts are not up to par. The over the head broke in a couple of days. The ear mount is too flimsy and wont work. The behind the head holds the headset good but the plastic piece over the ears are stiff and is very uncomfortable to wear. If the mounting pieces were redone this would be an excellent headset.

Purchased this for my husband who is a truck driver. He loves it and wears it all the time even when not driving! When I'm talking to him while he is driving the truck I no longer hear the trucks engine roaring and all the other noises that are in the truck. I think I love it more than he does! I would highly recommend this product! It comes with an a/c and lighter usb charger and 3 different options for wearing it.
