Lollipop Chainsaw is the un-deadly story of sweet and killer zombie-hunter Juliet Starling and her quest to uncover the root of a colossal zombie outbreak. With her wickedly awesome chainsaw in hand, Juliet slices, dices and splits her way through hordes of the undead, but soon realizes the horde is only the opening act to a festival of zombie rock lords determined to kill the chainsaw-wielding cheerleader.

Originally, I bought this game purely for the zombies. I've been utterly surprised by how much I've enjoyed it. Lollipop Chainsaw is a pleasant mix of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Sailor Moon thrown into a Romero film. The game is very playful and somewhat silly but it all goes together very well. There is quite a bit of foul language so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under teenage years. The gore is on an acceptable level where it shouldn't make anyone nauseous but I'd still hold back from playing while little eyes are within view. I'd definitely recommend this game to anyone who enjoys zombies.
