More difficult to set up than expected

The touchscreen was extremely sensitive (didn't respond to the calibration); and the information that was supposed to be preloaded did not seem to be loaded. It appeared on the screen but when I went into the Settings it showed "0 MB" for each app. Maybe we just got a bad one. I was really hoping it would work out because my 10 year old really wanted to have access to music, books and movies. This is obviously cheaper than a Nook Tablet and I thought it would be a good way to introduce her to being responsible for an item and "earn" her way up. But it needs to work first. We can't even get a book on here. She recently asked me to return this and get something else.

I did not like this product. It constantly kept freezes up. Could not get books to download properly. I returned this product.

The ereader is easy to read, the features are easy to setup once you have wifi, which I didn't at first. I think this ereader is a good buy for the money.

Kobo e-reader software is the worst. Poor customer care; unable to resolve simple issues ..... broken promises. Kobo books are expensive!!!!! Compare kobo books to amazon, you will see. I am heading back to Walmart to return this product and I will purchase a Kindle......I love Walmart.
My wife loves her Kindle....I should have listened to her!!!!!
Do not buy this product!!!!!
