I'm getting ready to start college so my parents wanted to buy me a laptop for school at my pick, i did not want them to spend to much so I looked through many different laptops but everytime I looked I couldn't find one that I liked, like I do this one.. the battery life is amazing! I use my laptop everyday, but I only have to charge it about every four days, if not longer. The screen and key board are also the perfect size. Everything that I need for school is on it. & a plus for the female users is that it is cute and stylish ((: would defintely recommend this laptop

I purchased this for my 15 tear old grandaughter who is going to be laid up with a injury for a while and I tested the Lap top before giving it to her and it met all expectations with ease. The price and value with the brand name was excellent. Not only was I very happy with the product, she loves it and it will help her in school for years.

I purchased this computer almost a year ago from Walmart and it has been great! Don't let the appearance fool you! I wasn't sure what to expect with the 'girly' dandelions and light green color-which I love by the way! It really is a great computer! I intend to buy another one today for my daughter's college classes! With the 4GB of memory and the 64GB hard drive you can't BEAT the price!

I decided to get the refurbished model instead of the new one only because of the difference in price.
I'm glad I did. I can't even tell it was used before, and the laptop lives up to all my expectations. My main uses for it are Microsoft Word, facebook, surfing the internet, and some gaming- typical uses for a teenage girl.
The laptop is fast and easy to use. An added plus is its complete adorability! I just love, love the dandelions! The keys are also a cute white with blue lettering. (They even make that cool click sound when you type!!)
I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a computer for personal reasons.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It's May and the Network Adapter/Ethernet Card has gone bad already. Even at a great price, I wouldn't expect things to go wrong within 5 months. It appears that this is a systematic problem as well based on internet searches for solutions. Buyer beware!

I am very happy with this Refurbished Laptop. The first time buying anything refurbished, let alone electronics 'online'. The only thing I am not pleased with is the mouse pad. It is really squirrly. :-). Unless I have not got my mouse set right? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank U

I was very hesitant to purchase this laptop as it is Refurbished and I read a lot of negative reviews about this specific item. However, I have had it for about a month now and so far I haven't encountered any problems with this laptop. I read that people were having problems with white lines appearing across the screen but haven't seen any of that yet. It is very cosmetically appealing. The only thing I do not like so far is that the speakers are HORRIBLE. I like to play music off my laptop and I am not satisfied with the way the music sounds at all... haven't tried to play movies yet but assuming it will be the same sound.

To the person on the first page review "Hardrive went bad after the warranty" i have to tell you (being the daughter of a computer technician) that your hard drive was NOT what went bad, it was your graphics card... and that is a cheap and easy fix. to say the computer model is bad simply because you received a dud (dont feel bad I did too. my graphics card went up 3 months after purchase... but no worries my husband smashed it after id just arranged to replace the graphics card... Im now without a laptop and cant wait to purchase the same exact model!!!) isnt fair. not all of the computers manufactured are going to perfect. about 1 out of every 600,000 of these computers will have a defective graphics card. its just the luck of the draw. sorry for your bad experience, but this computer is still a great value for the price. not to mention its cute as h*ll!!!

I am so upset and disappointed with Walmart and HP at this moment. I purchased this computer for christmas and i was never made aware that when you buy a refurbished computer that you only have a 90 day warranty on the product. I have had nothing but problems with this computer since day one and had to call tech support on a couple of occasions and was never made aware that there was a limited warranty on it. Now the computer is completely not functional. I call tech support and my only options are to 1) buy a new computer or 2) spend 400.00 to ship them the computer to get fixed or 3) spend 580.00 to have someone come to my home to fix it. I'm not even done paying for this computer and i already have to pay more to get it working or buy a new one. I can't believe that not even 4 months later this is happening. Worst decision i have made. Please help to correct it. I want a full refund.

This machine is an excellent value. The white keyboard is wonderful for people who are aging and encounter vison problems with black keys. I only wish it had a numeric keyboard,,,,hate typing numbers from the top line!

I switched from a Dell to this H.P. and I love it.. I have had no problems with it at all and its much faster than my Dell was, the keys are larger and white, so there much easier to type with. it is also very pretty. :).. and much faster than the Dell
