I purchased this 3DS for my 7 year old and he absolutely loves it! I bought the package deal through WalMart which included a game, docking station and carrying case. It was a fabulous deal. The DS also came with the standard wall charger so he really didn't need the docking station but it was still a good deal nonetheless. I love how the 3DS can also play regular DS games so we don't have to buy all new ones. He also loves all the other little features with the DS. He's been creating avatars for everyone he knows and has been taking a bunch of pictures. The camera quality is definitely lacking but I don't expect a high quality camera with a video game system. I definitely recommend this product!

My 8 year old grandson loved this Christmas gift! It came in a bundle with a game, a travel case and a charger. Shipping was done quickly and it was received in excellent condition.

Pros - Good product, easy to use and transport
Cons - Battery that comes with it doesn't last very long so we purchased the longer lasting battery. Only problem is, it doesnt work with the charge base so we have to use cord and plug directly into device and outlet to charge.
We also purchased the Nerf Cover for protection, which we highly recommend, but it only fits with the original, short life, battery that came with the unit. Wont fit over the longer lasting battery.

I purchased the Nintendo 3DS for my 7 year old granddaughter who was thrilled with it. The color really "pops". It was so wonderful to do my Christmas shopping on-line and have it delivered directly to my door eliminating running all over town trying to find everything on the Christmas list.

I just bought this recently and I'm already in love with it!! I don't see why a lot of people ditch the Nintendo 3DS saying it's not possible for it to have 'true 3D' but it DOES!! I love it! I would completely recommend it to a friend!! Great 3D, nice handle to it, easy to switch from and to software on it, soso camera, and the fact it has the circular joypad is another PLUS! Battery life is also great! I've played Legend of Zelda 3D on it for hours on end WITH the 3D turned on, so I say the battery life is pretty good!

Ordered two of these (different colors) for 2 of my 3 boys. They saved their money to purchase something they really wanted. They both arrived on same day. Within 15 minutes the 3rd son, who didn't think he wanted one originally, thought it was the coolest thing and said to order his in red. Now we are a 3 - 3DS family. Ages 8, 10 1/2 & 10 1/2.

I've had my Flame Red Nintendo 3DS for about a month now and I'm still enjoying it! I love the sleek fiery color of the unit, the 3D display works beautifully, and a lot of people complain of headaches. Well, I have not once had any headaches while playing any of my six 3DS games in full blast 3D. I also like the backwards compatibility with DS games, also the camera features, and you can listen to Mp3/AAC audio. There are so many fun features with this unit including online multiplayer. The controls are easy, the menu is easy to navigate, and there is so many things you can do with this thing it is crazy! Once again, I love my Flaming Hot Unit!
