This is the best little step stool I have ever had. I love the pull release handle for folding and unfolding it - I always struggled with these things on other stools/chairs, but this is so simple. It is attractive and lightweight. I wanted it for my new kitchen with really tall cabinets. I can store this in the pantry easily and it is no trouble to pull it out, set it up, and get items out of the upper cabinets now. I highly recommend this stool to others.

After reading the reviews I was a bit spectical about this but considering the price I was paying for it I went ahead with it. I find this product steady and strong enough with my heavy weight also. It's so light I use it where ever I have a high place to reach in the house.

Cons: I've seen other step stools with greater surface grip, but this one makes it just fine too

I was somewhat hesitant that the Cosco folding Steel Step Stool, 2 Step would meet my expectations, because of its low price. However, it met my expectations, a folding step stool which is sturdy, inexpensive, and can be easily stored in any small space. Definitely, an excellent investment.

Works exactly as it should, folds up easily and holds my weight without making me nervous. Is a tiny bit flimsier than is perhaps ideal for my paranoid self, but for this price point I am completely satisfied. Gets me up high enough to reach the ceiling in my apartment, which is great!

It serves its purpose. The metal are sturdy, light enough to be carried around and set aside. I feel safe using it and confident for my 8yr old to use it. Very useful. No need to buy expensive one if its intendedfor household only.
