This is my first experience with a smart tv, and I must say that I love it. It comes with several pre-installed apps. I've tried most of them, but having both Netflix and Dish satellite TV means that on the rare occasion I cannot find something worthwhile to watch, the You Tube app is there. The other ones, such as vudu, hulu, etc., are paid apps which I don't need. My personal favorite features are: the backlit screen (adjustable brightness and just about everything else, down to the color and size of closed captioning#; I can stream from my laptop or my pc on my wireless network; my Samsung tablet works well as an IR blaster, as well as a You Tube to TV remote #the remote has a decent UI, but is clunky in search mode, hence the tablet is much quicker with YT).

I don't care for the only RCA input being on the side of the monitor where the wires show and I think more than just one set would be nice. Also two of the four HDMI inputs are on the side, again allowing the cable to be seen sticking out from the side of the monitor. Other than that I am very pleased with this television. It has a excellent quality picture and is easy to hook up and use. For the price I would recommend to a friend.

Moved our daughter into her apartment two states away. I broke her TV in transit and she needed one ASAP as her cable guy was coming in 5 days. Ordered online, my Chase card alerted my home number as I was away and purchasing online. That same day I luckily checked on the way home and retrieved the message remotely. I called Chase and released the order to Walmart. The TV arrived in time and looks new to her. It replaced her analog tube-based so she's not complaining either. I buy refurbished frequently and have never been disappointed. WalMart delivered the goods.

This was a refurbished item and a good buy in terms of cost. The product looked good and appeared to be the same as absolutely new...and it works just fine, but it was shipped without a users manual and with no instructions of any kind and no warranty papers of any kind. Had I known that this was going to happen I would not have purchased the item.
Walmart fell down badly on this part of the transaction. I was able to finally locate and print a manual, but still no warranty and I don't know who to talk to about it......
I likely won't buy anything like this from Walmart again....and I'd advise caution buying refurbished items from Walmart.

unfortunately, my 'refurbished experience' was not a great one. the 32" phillips died shortly after we got it home. walmart kindly replaced with a non-refurbished...but at the same value. oh well, sometimes, big bets result in big losses.

I purchase this TV in hopes to save money and the TV works pretty good. It has good sound and the picture are very clear. If you are on a budget, I recommend Phillips. The only thing I did not like is that an instruction manual did not come with it.

Ordered this TV on Saturday the 8th, and got this TV on the 13th! VERY FAST! Absolutely no scratches, looks BRAND new and the picture is amazing. Haven't actually watched tv on it but we have hooked it up and personalized it and the screen looks so good. Sound quaility was pretty good. Just waiting to get a wall mount and a Direct TV box for my room! So excited about this TV. :)

Well, let see... Was at the store quick; That was nice! 2 small foam blocks on bottom, & 2 small foam blocks on top; Empty, if you ask me! Only the remote in a bag, with a 'grounding' sheet manual; You have to "Download" the manuals @ Philips.com! TV actually was in good condition; no scratchs, or imperfections, & the base was already fastened; Thank the Lord 'that' didn't break during shipping. Picture was good...Sound ok; I think most flat-panels need a soundbar for better tv listening, but that's MY opinion. "NOW, HERE WAS THE REASON FOR RETURN"! Hooked up a blue-ray... Sound, ok...NO PICTURE!!! VIDEO INPUTS DID NOT WORK...YES, ALL OF THEM!!! So check out ALL the features= inputs/outputs, lefts/rights, & everything else BEFORE you settle in! After all that, it would have been a good tv for the price! That's why I would recommend it.

I bought this as a gift for my dad. I was really surprised how easy it was to hook up and program. Great value for the money. (Dad was happy! Good Father's Day present!) I was hesitant to purchase as the unit is a refurb. I did purchase the Link Depot 15 Gold Plated High Speed HDMI cord because of the cable box. However, we ended up stopping cable service for the time being so I really don't need the cord at present.
I looks brand new, picture looks theater quality, and the sound is very clear. So far, no issues. Would recommend.

The TV is great. The only issue I have is the shipping dates. I originally got an arrival date of about 5 days after my online purchase; however, this was incorrect. It took closer to two weeks after the purchase date. Walmart really needs to work on their shipping.
