The WeeRide 10" Balance Bike will help your child to learn how to ride a bike by balancing instead of depending on training wheels. Built with a steel frame construction, this tough kids' push bike features simple hand brakes. It has real, inflatable, no-flat pneumatic tires. The handlebars, as well as the soft seat, are adjustable for height. The rubber handlebars are easy to grip or hold on to while the plastic mud guards keep your child clean and dry. This kids' balance bike has a convenient standover height so that the tiny tot can easily climb on or dismount. This no pedal balance bike's colorful graphic design in blue and yellow will surely appeal to children. The WeeRide Learn2Ride Balance Bike provides a safe and comfortable cycling experience for little riders between the ages of 2 and 4.
I got this balance bike for my granddaughter and we still have to see if it is going to work. She has to get use to it and try to seat on it instead of walking with the bike. We will give her time to practice.

The bike is too big for our granddaughter. The review should state the height of the seat, so you can make an informed selection. For example, say that a 15" inseam is needed to ride this bike. The bike was easy to set up. It seems like a good product, it is just the wrong size for us now.

This balance bike is the perfect size for our 2 and a half year old son, and he feels confident on it because he powers it with pushing his feet off himself. We have only had it a very short period of time, and he is already starting to almost balance with his feet up. It's so helpful for him to just focus on balancing instead of trying to learn to pedal first. I wish there was some kind of foot rest, but overall it's a great product and my son loves it.

+ sturdy little bike + great price + air tires + easy to assemble with just basic wrenches (as is any bike)
- wheels not perfectly balanced - no biggie, but can be corrected if you are handy or ever owned a bike, or wanna go to a bike shop. - seat only goes down to 14"
Some reviewers in the past mentioned using hose clamps to fix a plastic seat base or ordering new seat. Happy to report the seat base is not plastic-- they must have reviewed the design. Also the tires are inflatable and not solid rubber as seen in old reviews. Unfortunately still too big for a tall 1.5y.o. as the seat is at 14" off the floor at its lowest position. More appropriate for 2yr and older kids. Had to turn the seat sideways to make room for him to straddle the frame and kust push it around walking.

this item was too small for my 4 yr old granddaughter --the age range should be for 2-3 yrs. but I would not trust this item for a child so small -- no support or peddles makes it very unstable

I bought this bike for my two year old and he is a big 2 year old. We put the seat on the lowest setting and he didn't even come close to fitting on it. So we had to take it back. The bike is more for a very tall 3 year old.

I bought this last spring/summer. My son was around 18 months. He was to short for the bike so we did some alterations to it. But he loves his bike. This year he gets around great on it. Thinking about getting him a pedal bike.

I would give this product a glowing review if we didn't already find a defect- the back tire is off so it spins in an oval instead of around, causing it to be tight and a not so smooth ride. My daughter is getting the hang of it however I am contacting the company tomorrow to see if I can get a replacement back wheel. It is obviously a defect.

Review 13 for WeeRide 10" Balance Bike
Cute Bike

My 3.5 years old son really likes his new cute bike. There are couple of complaints...one from him and one from me. 1) The bike lacks pedals...I understand that...lacking pedals is the whole point, but atleast they could have given the option to add the pedals so that when my son is fully trained he can ride it like a normal bike 2) It lacks a stand...hence is really cumbersome to park the bike.
Having said this, we both still like it and would recommend it.

This is a perfect bike for a 3 or 4 yr old who wants to ride but isn't ready for taking off their training wheels. It has really helped my daughter learn how to balance and she uses her feet to push herself along. It is very sturdy!

I think it's a great bike for the price. My 2 year old (90% in height) still can't sit on the seat in lowest position with his feet flat on the ground, so I don't really think 18 month old will be able to ride it. But he loves pushing it around the neighborhood, the best outdoor toy for a busy boy, hands down! When it came, the break line was not adjusted so we had to fix that. Other than that, assemble was a breeze. I wish they had this bike in the store so you could try it. For a 3-4 year old I would probably go with a Strider, if they would like the concept of balance bike. For a 2-3 year old this one fits the bill.

Totally has met needs thus far. Price/value is exceptional. I put it together myself in less than 5 minutes. It looks so miniature when you build it, but my nearly 4 year old will have room to grow, seat is at lowest setting, handlebars have lots room to grow also. Her only complaint was "but its not PINK"!!! (Total girly girl), remedied this with princess bell, cute basket, handlebar streamers - perfect - she LOVES it. I have a very physical, very active 16 month old who I in 2T clothes, he is super strong, and big but cannot manage to get on (yet). Definitely not for younger kids, perfect for older.

My son was used to riding toys that you make go with your feet, so he took right off & loves to ride with his brothers & sister . After only 2 weeks he is already learning to balance and hold his feet up on hills. Love It !!

After teaching my older daughter to ride without training wheels by taking off her pedals, I believe in balance bikes. So I researched them and found the big name ones to be $100. Then I saw this while searching for a bike trailer for my twins. The price is amazing so I ordered two of them. My 2 year old twins still can't touch the floor, only the tippiest of their toes, but they will grow into them soon I sure. They are very sturdy and seem well made with solid construction. I put them together within a few minutes using just a wrench.

For the price it beats the other brand name more expensive bikes. I can't afford the other ones so I bought this for my 2 years and 4 months son. It was too big with the seat included but I solve that problem by switching to a different seat, from a different bike we had, to a lower one. And my son can now fit it with no problems. The size for this should be in height not age with the seat provided. For 36" inches and taller children not 18 months to 4, not all kids are the same height at different ages. He took his first ride this morning and seemed pretty proud of himself.
