I did this for 10 days, and I noticed a change in shading. However, I didnt expect my teeth to be extremely white after 10 days, because my teeth were so yellow from smoking. I will continue to use it, and probably will buy more if needed.

was not impressed with ease of product. I couldn't tell difference after use and i couldn't tell when the gel was distributed to the brush.
