This drink tastes like one would expect - orange/tangerine citrus flavors, with a slight sweetness from the prickly pear. However, the intended functionality of this drink let me down a bit. While I had hoped for it to compare with a similar product from a different company - Prickly Pear Lemonade by Bolthouse Farms, which the company no longer offers - it simply does not. Prickly Pear extract is known for its hydrating qualities, especially when feeling dehydrated or hungover. This drink has insofar not provided such. For the antioxidant levels, it's a great supplemental drink and tastes great. Just don't buy it if you need super-quenching properties or to combat the aforementioned afflictions.

Good tasting but not a wonder drink. May be in everyone’s head that it helps with sicknesses including hangovers.
