Great for symmetry!

Love these, I'm a breast cancer survivor with one reconstructed breast. The reconstructed breast is smaller than my natural one, so I need a pad for symmetry. In the past I have used silicone breast enhancers because they conform to the breast and give me the most natural look, but they do not last very long and then they split and tear and leak plus if you wear them against your skin they stick and sweat. I bought a pair of these and inserted one in my bra the water conforms to the breast just as well as the silicone, they are very natural looking and I love the way they feel against the skin, no more sticking or sweating! I'm going to buy a few more pairs to keep as back ups. The only draw back is that they only come in sizes A/B B/C.

These inserts are perfect for using with bathing suits. The instructions clearly indicate "hand wash". If you put them in the washer/dryer, they will not make it out. I bought several pair and love them!

if u wear a snug bra with these it really increases the chance of them popping out, id hate to be in public when that happens, i wonder if they have something at walmart that would keepthem from coming out maybe adhesive or something wouldbe usefull, i really miss the water bra
