So, i bought this thinking i could sit my 40'' tv on it. It was very small and tipped over very easily, it did have a screw that you could attach to the wall. Not very reassuring ! Watching the flames were. Very nice but when i used the heat it tripped off my breaker box. It was not worth a blow out so i returned. It.

I LOVE THIS FIREPLACE! I LOVE THE STONE QUALITY AND THE OVERALL LOOK, ITS VERY WORTH THE PURCHASE. I purchased this fireplace online at walmart.com because its my very own addiction (shopping at walmart & online), I'm not too addicted don't worry! :). I loved the stone look and I thought this fireplace would go perfect in my bedroom (living room has one already) and I always wanted a fireplace in my bedroom, I mean who wouldn't right? Well I bought it after carefully reading reviews, to me that the most important element when deciding whether to buy something online, read the reviews people do not lie. Well once I read enough of them, I then decided to give it a shot. The waiting was terrible for me not that it took so long, but because I was so excited bout finally getting a fireplace for my bedroom. It took less than 2 weeks to get, I think somewhere from 8-10 days. However, the part I do not get is how the actual photo of the fireplace is black and the stone is dark grey. It is a chocolate brown and the stone is a dark tan its beautiful. I just don't get why the main pic of it is different. They should change that because its not cool. I like the real color better anyways. I will enclose a photo. I love the look of it and you can adjust the fire flame high to low, and the fire can still be on without the heat. That is the best part because now I can enjoy the fireplace on even on a summer night. The glow from the red flames is lovely and relaxing.

I was so happy because I think this is a unique beautiful fireplace for a small living room, every thing was perfect even with the dark brown color that is not how it looks in the picture, but once we take it out from the box we discovered was broken at the back, we can return it but I was searching if the have more in stock, and no wonder they don't have more so I'm going to keep it by my own risk, no body can't see the damage if you don't move it. The company for the shipment just need to take more care when the are delivering delicate stuff like this.

Shipping was way ahead of schedule. It is a perfect fit for our living room. The heat was better than expected. Looks great with our color scheme. As stated in other reviews, it is a touch darker than the picture, but it definitely does not affect the looks. I read all the reviews before purchasing and the ones saying it did not look real, duh. If you want a real fireplace get one installed. This is a great deal for the price and I am very pleased. Makes the room look very cozy. I have included a picture of how we use ours.

This was an excellent investment. I am very pleased with this fireplace. I love the color it's brown and cream. I thought it was going to be black and gray. But, this color looks awesome with my decor in my dining room.

It comes well packaged, or so I thought...My fireplace came with a few dings and scratches on the top "mantle" part. The heater is ok, haven't really used it full blast yet because haven't needed to. I live in the San Fernando Valley, a suburb of Los Angeles. The fire display is very nice... the entire fireplace is quite lovely. It is NOT black as it appears in the picture, but a dark deep brown. The rocks look almost real, they are a combination of gray and light brown shades. My furniture in black, so I simply painted it black to match my living room. It was easy to do. The purchase online was very easy. It arrived 5 days earlier than expected to the store. I used the site to store offer to avoid shipping costs; great choice! And the pickup took no more than 5 minutes in the store. The box weighs just under 150 lbs. so it will take more than one person to load and unload. A Walmart associate helped me load it. It fit perfectly in my Explorer SUV. In the end, it was a great purchase... I am not too concerned about the dings and scratches because I painted over it, however, it did occur to me that the box may have been dropped to cause the marks, I'm relieved that I bought the extended warranty, in case something down the line happens. For $330, I think I got a great deal, imagine I even used the pay it later offer. Put it on my bank's autopay.... free 6 month financing. Wonderful experience, will post pictures soon. I highly recommend this product to enhance any room. The reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the marks on the mantle.

Absolutely what I expected after reading the reviews. The picture walmart has attached to the product is not the same color as the real product. The mantel is a dark brown and the stone is more of tans and cream like a nature washed stone. Hopefully my picture will help. Not too heavy to unload or move. Puts off a good amount of heat. The only negative is there isnt a remote but with a real fire you have to get up, get wood, constantly messing with the wood to keep the fire going so i can definately handle no remote. Overall, definately worth the money!!

Overall, we're very pleased with this fireplace.
We've researched several sites and models, and finally settled on this one. It had the lowest price , most features, and backed by Walmart. We knew we didn't have to worry (if we needed to return /exchange it).
We've figured some assembly would be necessary; to our amazement, it came completely pre-assembled. Literally, all we had to do was take it out of the card-board packaging (no small feat in itself ; the device is a bit too heavy for only one to handle. 2 people may be required)
The packaging was great, easy to handle and dispose.
The fireplace works great; exactly as described/in the pictures online. It makes for a fine addition to our living room.
We are very pleased, and would highly recommend it; if you're looking for a faux-stone fireplace, this is your product.

This is a beautiful fireplace. Rather small but really pretty. All though when it was delivered to the store my worst fears came true. The mantel was shattered. Had to take it back and I still have no fireplace. All though Walmart.com is wanting to make it right by offering free shipping to my home. Thank you Walmart.

I still have not received my fireplace. It was suppose to be in 6 days ago. It is what I am hangin my stockings on for Christmas. This inconvenience has ruined my Christmas plans. I am extremely unhappy with Walmart and will not be using this store for future online purchases !

Awesome fireplace.....the picture shows a gray tone in the rock..but looks much better in person..Has more of a earth tone or more brown color..and we love it..heats great! love the fire look..its beautiful. no damage on the item...great job ...

Picked it up at the store there were holes in the box which I brought to their attention. They said it fine got it home took it out of the box and it was broken had to load up take it back. They could not order one for me I have to go through the hole thing of ordering it again I did get my money back but don't know if I"ll order it again. if I do I will make them take it out of the box to make sure it's not broken so I don't waste 4 hours of my time and gas.

This fireplace met all my expectations. Like many other buyers noted, the fireplace is actually a deep chocolate brown color on the mantle and base with an earthtone color to the stone work. Much more tan and lt brown than the Walmart picture shows. Another reviewer included a personal picture that deplicts the true colors much better than the Walmart picture does. It is beautiful and fits in with my decore perfectly. The fire is very realistic and the heater puts out plenty of heat for a small space. I would absolutely purchase this product again. It is really a steal at this price as long as you are not looking for a massive fireplace. Great in an apartment setting.

Purchased this more for decorational purposes. It is not black as described, smaller then expected however it is a ceramic stone so it def gives it the real stone feel. I'm going to keep this item bc it is too heavy to lug back to the store and works in the space I needed it for.
