The Bissell Powergroom Bagless Upright Vacuum features a cyclonic cleaning system. This carpet upright vacuum has a powerful suction and a multi-cyclonic cleaning system that takes care of the dirt and cleans the carpet efficiently. Since it a Bagless upright vacuum, the debris collected by the suction action stays in the dirt container and allows the filters to stay clean. The Low pile carpet vacuum has a cleaning path width of 15 inch that lets you cover a wider area. The 35 foot cord available allows you to enjoy cleaning to a maximum distance. TurboBrush, recycled crevice tool, extension wand, and dusting brush allow you to clean carpets, upholstery, stairs, and low pile carpet easily.

It is lighter than my old vacuum cleaner and I love that it is bagless and that I can empty it after each use. I bought my first one for my condo in NC 2 years ago. I just replaced my old vaccum cleaner in NY with another Bissel. Very pleased.

I clean commercial offices and this is the vacuum they have for the buildings. When my home vacuum went on the blink I wanted to buy this one because it's VERY powerful. It's the best upright I've ever used.

This vacuum is very good! The downsides are not against the quality but mere annoyance. The filter on the side is oddly placed and I would prefer it in the front. Also, the vacuum has an on/off switch on the side that I have to bent over to switch, I would prefer a foot level one. Otherwise the vacuum is great and better than the red/blk Gordon Peterson edition.

Just got this to replace a previous Bissell vacuum. I got the bundle with the Powerstick vacuum. So far it works great. Great powerful suction, very long cord, good attachments. I was on the search for another affordable Bissell that didnt have all the filters to wash or clean off like previous ones I have owned. This one just has the small rectangular one in the little pull out tray and a Hepa one on the side. It doesnt seem to spit particles back at me either when I vacuum my hardwood floors like my other more expensive Bissell that this one replaced did, so that makes me happy. I cant afford to buy those expensive Shark or Dyson vacuums and Bissells have always worked great for me, even if I have to replace every 5 yrs or so. Actually my previous vacuum still works fine, but the latch to keep it from falling over broke and the cord got chewed up a little somehow (I could wrap it with electrical tape) and I could probably have the latch fixed, but it's not important now. I will keep it to use in my attic. Bissell has always been a great vacuum for me and I bet this wont wont disappoint either.

cleans very well. 2 issues: the storage notch for the small brush attachment is very loose so it falls out occassionally. the tube that the main hose fits into is to loosr fitting. it will pop out unexpectedly.

We bought our previous unit based on reviews that we had seen here and elsewhere. It performed well, with good power and decent flexibility. The brush band was replaced with an incorrect size (too small) which caused the brush housing to deform. Had it not been for that, we would still be using the original vacuum after about three years. Newer unit has a light, which I don't believe our previous version had. Good product at a good price.

This vacuum had great suction & I could not believe how much stuff it picked up that wasn't visible to the naked eye. But the 2nd time I turned the vacuum on to use it, the belt broke. I took it back immediately.

The only disappointment on this transaction was that the box was open when it was delivered. No parts were missing, that I can tell, but both flaps on the top of the box were fully open and I could see the sweeper before I touched the box. Nothing was broken, that I could tell. Two corners of the box were smashed in. It looked like shipping and handling was abusive.

I absolutely love this vaccum. It picks up everything! Didnt realize how slack my old one was doing. It is easy to dump out and doesnt make a mess at all. I would definitely recommend this vaccum.

This vacuum is loud and heavier than I anticipated. It does ok for a lower priced vacuum. Bought it to vacuum up cat hair, haven't been real impressed with the performance on that.
