I purchased this after searching the web and viewing many different cat trees and because of the good reviews by others. I also choose this because of the great price. My husband and I put it together while our kitties were trying to play in it. The kitties LOVE their mansion. It is very well built and easy to assemble. The hanging mice lasted about 1/2 day but that's okay because I just put them inside 1 of the perches and they grab and play with them that way. If you're looking for a sturdy cat tree/mansion for your cats, this is the one. It's very well done!

My 3 cats love their new Kitty Mansion. Each one has claimed his/her respective place on and in it. They don't care about the quality of the materials used in creating their playground, but I do. It is a bit over-priced for what you pay for, but you can always go to a fabric store and hardware store to make up for the lack of quality. I was hoping that after a couple weeks of being assembled, the supporting wood would adjust and become more stable and the material would "fluff" if you will, but no such luck.
The cats would rate it a 5, but I only give it a 3-4. Hope this review helps :)

I was able to put this cat tree together by myself very easily. It is very sturdy. I have three cats and five kittens that I rescued they all can sleep on it, but I will be buying two more in the near future.

I ordered this tower after searching through the reviews of a bunch of different affordable but large towers on walmart.com and this one looked like a good one. Arrived to my door within about two days of ordering which was fast and great! Assembly (though vauge and undescriptive) took maybe about 25 mins and was very simple as long as you pay attention to the small picture that is the manual. Within seconds our five cats had claimed their posts and were jumping all over it. Very sturdy and strong, can support all of my cats on it at once going crazy. Great houses and perches for cats to snuggle up in and lots of room for them to get in and out of them and move around. Definitely recommend if you need a good affordable large tower.

I was excited when I received the package containing my Beverly Hills Cat Tree for my three
cats. I opened the box and my heart sank. The thicker plush fabric is actually quite thin and
does little to cushion the hardness of the particle board to which it is glued. This "plush"
fabric prevails throughout the cat tree including the boxes which are made of cardboard. Cat
claws can not find purchase on furry fabric and I would worry about them falling off. The
upright posts are wrapped in sisal rope and is the only aspect that would lead me to believe
that this was designed with a cat in mind. (2 star)

I found this cat tree/mansion online when trying to find one for our new cat. I knew it had to be sturdy, safe & reasonably priced. When I saw the price, I knew for what it showed in the picture, it was a great value. Then, I read the various reviews to see what kind of Pros or Cons it realistically had. The most Consistent thing I kept seeing in each review was the word, sturdy. So I knew it wasn't a poorly made item even with a value price. It is pretty large, so you do have to have just the right spot for it. I feel Completely at ease that my cat is going to be safe on this product. The beds are staggered nicely, not at a 90 degree angle for exiting, which literally puts the cat doing a hand stand just to get out of the bed to get down onto the floor, like I've noticed with other products!! We bought one Before this one & when our cat's body started falling spine first towards us while he was reaching/over extending himself, to get down.. we packed it right up into the car & took it right back to that store. The ONLY thing I would change on this is, the border around the bed areas is a soft/flexible set up, not a dedicated border for them to stay in without the possibility of leaning over too much. Another thing that I really liked are the vertical poles are that, 'twine-like' material & not carpet! The carpet, for scratching eventually falls apart & looks like garbage.. but not these.. they're sturdy & when he scratches or even nibbles at the twine, it holds up very nicely. I would Highly recommend this to Anyone looking for a sturdy, well built, well designed, quality, value priced Cat Mansion/Tree. Our cat.. he LOVES it!! I went ahead & attached a picture of him, "Buddy" being silly on his Cat Mansion. It's right in front of a window, so he can just hop up & look out all he wants. On a scale of 1 to 10.. Overall, I would give this a 9.5!! A good review I'd say. Thanks Walmart for carrying this "Wayfair" product!

I bought this cat tree for my parent's cats. As soon as my dad built it, all 4 cats would not get off. They absolutely loved the tree. I was very surprised to how stable and sturdy it was. It is a nice size tree for a good price. The best part is the cats really loved it. I would recommend this tree to anyone.

It's always tough buying things on line. Marketing can make a silk purse out of a sow's ears so you never know what you will be getting. In this case, I think we did very well. Both myself and the kittens are very happy with the Kitty Mansion.
I, like many others, looked at hundreds of cat towers. My kittens are active and inquisitive, very smart and holding their interest was imperative. As they are growing kittens, size of cubbies for future use was also something I was looking for, as well as stability, especially considering the height of the tower, and of course, construction quality.
I think the Kitty Mansion hits the mark and exceeds comparinging value to price. This tree is a super bargain for what you receive in return.
The big base gives you a stable beginning. The tree is easy to put together and only requires about a half hour of your time. Though not padded, the plus fabric is nice. The kittens like it. The twine wrapped towers do the job and we didn't even have the entire thing put together before the kittens claws had met their mark!
The double house is large and will provide comfortable lounging for a good size cat. The three towers have a 'flexi' edge, not hard edge, so it's really just a caution railing nothing more.
If I had to find fault it would be that to secure the three seats firmly you do have slightly protruding flat screw heads up into the seating area. It's maybe a 1/4 of an inch protrusion easily taken care of with the smallest of cusions or even a double piece of fleece.
The shipping was quick. Everything arrived without damage.
The only reason I did not rate the product as excellent was because of the slightly protruding screw head. Most definetly four star, very close to five.
I hope your cats like it as much as mine.

fairly easy to assemble once you figure out the orientation of the product. the picture instructions could use a little more information. the small mice on the elastic strings lasted only a couple of days. I braided some mason's twine and replaced the broken elastic. my three kittys have each adopted one of the houses to rest in, LOL.

We have three cats and they love it. We have placed it in front of a window and they lay on different sections and watch the outdoor activity. One cat uses it as his main sleepy site. The assembly was easy to do although they did not provide assembly step by step instructions but it is easy to figure out using the information that they do provide.
If you have a cat, or cats, this is a great play, rest, and watch the world "Mansion". I (we) recommend it as a great gift for your feline family members.

This is a great value, and I happened to get it on sale- even better.
Arrived 2 days after ordering, and I put it together myself in about an hour. My cats enjoy scratching it, and hanging out in the upper box. Biggy spills out from both sides but doesn't care. They don't use the lower box or higher seats as much, but trends change.

I never write reviews EVER. But I have to for this cat tree. I spent hours upon hours searching for the sturdiest and best cat tree without paying over 200. Lets face it if you buy something cheap...its obviously cheaply made so why not just buy a good one well priced and 147.00 is not bad compared to replacing couches, chairs, carpets, rugs, ETC even decalwing them!!!!. I have four full sized/full grown cats. One weighs 20 lbs himself. Between the four of them I have 60 lbs worth of cat and they all jump and play hard and this is sturdy as anything!!! Now don't get me wrong it will move but not wobble or anything in the slightest...very surprised about the standing beds up-top they are extremely sturdy. Everything is a scratch post even the toy that dangles. My cats already ripped them off...that was totally exprected. lol But the fabric is soft and does not leave any clumps of fabric from scratching which other cat trees did. My kitties absolutely love this....my big cat does not fit in the smaller house but my 12 lb one does. I highly recommend this for any cat lover....its a good way for them to have their own space. I just had to write a review because on alot of these nobody mentions the size of their cats I have a 20 lb, 11 lb, 12 lb, 13 lb. They all manage to play rough on it together all four of them and it holds very strong!! :)

I have had this kitty mansion for a few weeks and it has been great I have three large cats and it is a solid built structure. The only thing I would change is I wish the single cat house was a little larger as my guys hang out when they use it, but it seems to not bother them. They love the scratching posts and took to the top baskets quickly. They have a combined weight over fifty pounds and have played and hung off and the cat mansion barely moved. We love it and the value was great!

My two male kittens are sleeping in their perches as I write this review. They have loved it since the minute I recieved it and put it together. Use the scratching post legs to scratch and climb to the top levels regularly keeping them from scratching up the furniture. Great product at a great price from Walmart.com
