This product was missing the rear axle. My boyfriend had to use a makeshift rod for the rear wheels and it could not accommodate my use for toting book purchases. Fell apart. Still waiting to hear back from the company regarding the missing part.

This is the first cart we've purchased. We needed something to bring groceries in from our car into our home in fewer trips and being kinder to our hands. Although it seems to be a good size for our needs, we have not yet had a chance to use it. Being a crafts-type person, I am looking forward to designing a few liners for it - one to be insulated for frozen and refrigerated items; another for regular use; and maybe one for gardening supplies/ tools.
There is a bit of self-assembly required that seemed at first to be very simple. However the enclosed instructions are either for another cart or misleading as to where to place the hairpin-bumped cotter pins. Note: they do not fit "inside" the crimped ends of the stainless steel tubing as shown, but "between" the two tubes.
The stainless steel tubing of the frame/ cage is thinner than expected, but will probably hold up if we do not force the sides or put a lot of heavy items into it. The wheels are also cheaply made and appear that they will be the first part to wear out, if the axles don't. Even so, we are resourceful and are already watching for replacement parts that are more sturdy.
Thirty dollars seems a bit pricey for this cart. I just noticed that it is now on sale for $18.47. I'll not take mine back, but highly suggest not paying anything more than the sale price for it.
Even though I've mostly complained about this cart, it will probably last awhile and help carry in the groceries. "Average" quality isn't necessarily "Poor" quality.

Not easy to assemble. Directions not good. Front wheel which were put on in factory did not move and you could not push it forward on all four wheels. You had to tilt it back to move it

I received this cart and it arrived broken. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was broken when I first used it and the piece fell and locked up the front wheels as I was walking and made me fall. I have not been able to fix the screw that was broken off.

Product arrived in a very timely manner. I was notified by email when product was ready for pick. I merely had to bring in my iphone to show the email sent to me from Walmart, which had the order number. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. Product was a bit smaller than I expected.

Took way too long to put together and was very difficult to do-required too much strength in hands and fingers and parts kept popping off. Once put together it will not fold flat. I am still thinking of returning it.

I purchased this for my mother who has recently moved into a senior apartment building and walks to the stores. She had a small cart before, but since she lives alone now and doesn't drive, she needed something that would hold more. She says she is very happy with this cart. The wheels are a good size and take the bumps well. She also said she likes how much it holds. I plan on making her a bag for it with pockets for her wallet and water bottle. Also want to make a rain cover. You can buy these things, but I want to make them custom.

I loved the cart when I got it, but after using it once I noticed several flaws. One it only holds one bag (reusable bag) of groceries, the second flaw, I had less than 10 pounds of stuff in the cart and the front wheel suspension bent and broke. Did not have the packaging, but had a receipt and was able to return it to store.

I bought mine due to a back injury where I am required to not lift or carry anything over 10 pounds. This cart is perfect for carrying my groceries from my truck into my apartment.
I decorate at different local events and needed a way to carry in all my boxes of decorations...again "perfect".
